This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit opens to a hallway that leads to an inviting common area. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room. The U-shaped kitchen offers ample countertop space and a raised counter perfect for serving meals or casual dining. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig or the drip coffee maker from this gulfview kitchen or sit down with the family for breakfast with a view. The dining table seats 6, and the living area features a couch and chairs, ideal for relaxing while enjoying TV or the stunning view from the glass sliding doors.

The SE Master Suite, located off the main common area, features a king bed, TV, dresser, closet, and private bathroom. This suite also offers sliding doors to a covered porch, providing guests with a breathtaking view of the Gulf. The master bathroom includes a double vanity and a shower stall. The NW Queen Suite offers a queen bed, closet, dresser, TV, and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The NE bedroom includes a full bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, TV, dresser, closet, and direct access to the common bathroom, which also features a shower-tub combo.

A laundry closet is situated in the hallway leading to the common bathroom for convenience.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, and a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
