The Space:
Bright and warm, this very spacious single level Shotover Country holiday home is furnished for comfort and style. Large picture windows let an abundance of natural light into the open-plan living space, where a fully equipped kitchen is perfectly laid out to ensure no-one is ever left out of the conversation.

The ducted air conditioning insures you are cozy on a winter getaway and the complimentary WIFI and Smart TV offering a range of viewing options, Shotover Country Retreat offers all the essentials and more to ensure a fabulous stay.

There are four large bedrooms and a very spacious living area.

Two bedrooms contain split super king beds which can be configured as single beds if required.

Guest Access:
There is plenty safe off street parking.

The Neighborhood:
You will be situated amongst other lovely homes on a quiet street close to the Shotover river and the Queenstown Country Trail.

Getting Around:
Shotover Country Retreat offers a central base for year round travel to the Queenstown Lakes area. .

You're also only a 5 minute walk to the Shotover river, and a great network of cycleway and walking trails that will lead you to various places of interest in the area.

For adventures further afield, the Shotover Country Retreat is a 11-minute drive from Queenstown Airport, and Wanaka is just 50 minutes drive away.

This is a nice central location to explore all the ski fields. Coronet is the closest, only 23 minutes drive to the top car park.

Other Things to Note:
This is a modern, comfortable house which can be easily modified to suit different sleeping arrangements with two super king beds that can be configured as singles.

The 3 bathrooms and continuous gas hot water suit large groups of skiers or outdoor enthusiasts.

Please note that our cleaning fees include a full set of fresh linen including sheets, pillow cases and towels. Additional cleaning and linen can be ordered for longer stays.
