Cosy Luxe bedroom in Beechboro - 12km from Perth Airport
My beautiful recently built 4X2 house is located just 12km from the perth Airport, about 14km from the city, and 16km to the beautiful Scarborough beach area.
It has plenty of accessible public transport along my street, and a couple of turns from major north and south highways that will allow you to get to wherever you need in Perth with ease. Ooh and did I mention Aldi, Woolworths, IGA within 5 minute walking distance to get groceries and plenty of restaurants/ fast food around very close by for my fellow foodies also.
Your private room has its own adjacent bathroom equipped with your own bath tub, black out roller shutters so that you can sleep any time of day in complete darkness, a huge new kitchen to cook in, a comfy living area with a massive 75inch TV to watch your favourite show or movie on, or can utilise my theatre room for a more immersive movie watching experience.
I'm a very genuine and laid-back open minded host so transparency and empathy are my hosting values. And my dog Simba is always up for pats and cuddles to make your stay all the more memorable haha. Hope to meet you soon!

Hey my name is Angus and I love being able to host guests of all ages and backgrounds in my lively cosy and luxurious 4X2 home. I’m an extremely creative, outgoing, and ambitious man but am also introverted by nature so this is a wonderful way for me to meet new people from all walks of life.
I work from home as a salesman for a first home builders company and in my spare time I enjoy weight training at the gym, cooking up a storm in my kitchen, feet up watching a quality movie or gaming, and creating physical and digital art for my house walls. Ooh and plants, you’ll see plants all through the house which I think makes for a soothing and well oxygenated environment.
My goal with decking out my house was to make it a memorable experience for anyone that comes through its doors and I’m sure that your stay with me will be one you remember into the future!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft
I chose to build my house in Beechboro as it’s one that local to everything. It’s well connected to all of the major north of perth river hot spots, not far from the airport, and easy to connect to south of river destinations as well. It’s a lovely family filled area, and also within walking distance to shopping centres and food hot spots mmm.

Beef palace as I call it is one of a kind. From its exterior and interior decor and design through to its layout and vibe throughout every room including the guest room. You’ll see from the photos what I mean and won’t have issues getting to wherever you need during your stay using my home as your base camp.
