Wake to kookaburras calling, spot kangaroos at dusk, and watch Carnaby’s Black Cockatoos sweep across the treetops. Spend your days exploring The Mundaring Weir, Lake Leschenaultia, Avon Valley National Park, Noble Falls, or Karakamia Wildlife Sanctuary before returning to your private retreat.



Local cafés, pubs, and weekend markets are close by, giving you a taste of country life without losing modern comforts. Here, romance and nature come together for a stay that feels rare and unforgettable.



Start your day with a coffee, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. Spend your afternoons wandering through the bush, exploring trails, or simply enjoying quiet time together. The 139-square-foot tiny home includes water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking gear, and a private bathroom with a gas-heated shower, hand basin, and eco-friendly cassette toilet.

Guests have full access to the tiny house and the outdoor area directly around it. You’re welcome to explore the bushland surrounding the Tiny House, and a map is provided inside for your convenience.

Located in the suburbs of Stoneville and just 40 minutes away from Perth, Gum Tree Hideaway by Tiny Away puts you in the heart of the Perth Hills. The area presents itself in all its glory, featuring bushland, history, and community, with easy access to local shops, cafés, and pubs.



Grab coffee at Whites Mill and Grind, a meal at Parkerville or Mount Helena Tavern, or head to Amaroo Retreat for fine dining. The Mundaring Weir, Lake Leschenaultia, and Noble Falls are all nearby, offering opportunities for walking, swimming, or viewing seasonal wildflowers.

- We’re happy to welcome up to two dogs or cats with prior approval. To keep everyone safe, pets must be on a lead at all times while on the property. Please be aware that while the property has rural fencing, it isn't fully enclosed.
