Communication with the host was great. Hosts made some accommodations for requests that we had & responded quickly. The Good: Kitchen had lots of counter space &was pretty well stocked. Hot water heater never ran out of hot water. Fruit trees & deer in the yard were fun for the kids.Listing Clarification Needed 1st: house size was listed as 1,200 sq ft. when in reality it is closer to 950 (I also verified elsewhere online). 2nd: you don't get automatic access to washer/dryer, you have to request if you have a longer stay. Issue: There is a review about the TV not working... technically it does work, the issue is the internet. There is a T-Mobile home hotspot which says it is connected to 5G, but we couldn't even get google to open & was the reason the TV wouldn't pull anything up. Yet my T-Mobile cell phone did not have any reception or internet issues.During warm weather... Our stay temp. was in upper 90's. We knew no A/C, so we inquired on fans. Only one ceiling fan in the living area. Unless fans are replaced or brought in by host (which they did for us), there is one box fan, but it does not work very well. Sun goes behind mountain around 6:15ish (at end of Aug.), so by 7:00 we reopened windows to get air moving. Cooled off in a couple of hours (host had good tips to keep house cool). Upstairs windows do not have screens. Kids didn't like bugs & a few spiders that made their way into the house at night.Great place to stay to be close to many trails.
