Enjoy the bush and birdsong while staying in this very spacious and comfortable home away from home, just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful lake shore at Kerr Bay in Nelson Lakes National Park.

With four bedrooms, main bathroom plus an ensuite bathroom, three toilets, a huge living area, well equipped kitchen and approx 2000sq m of private bush, there’s plenty of room to spread out and have fun – the ideal base, right in the village of St Arnaud, for a private retreat, family holiday or get-away with friends.

Soak up the peace and quiet on the sunny deck or relax by the open fire. Books, puzzles, board games, music and DVDs are on hand for indoor relaxing.

Linen is provided (towels, sheets etc) and well-behaved pets are usually allowed.


Configuration of the bedrooms is as follows:
Bedroom 1: queen bed
Bedroom 2: queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
Bedroom 4: 1 single bed, 1 set of bunk beds (double size bottom bunk, single size top bunk)
The beds will be freshly made up ready for you. BYO sleeping bags required for the bunks.

Plenty of off-street parking is available, including under cover for 1-2 vehicles, and there is room for a boat if you have one.

St Arnaud village is an excellent location for lake activities, bush walks, adventurous tramping expeditions and mountain biking – or simply chilling out!
This lovely big clean and well appointed house, so close to the beach and village amenities, and surrounded by bush, provides the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.
