Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Enjoy your coffee on your oversized deck, BBQ and enjoy dinner by the creek, or sleep in and enjoy the unique and nostalgic space. My Tiny Bunkhouse is located in a small village of tiny homes and surrounded by meadows, wildlife, and mature trees at every turn. Your drive and visit to My Tiny Creekside Retreat will no doubt be the highlight of your vacation!
My Tiny Bunkhouse is one of many, scattered, private accommodations on our 2.5 acre Retreat. Each one is spaced adequately to provide plenty of privacy but also a sense of safety for our guests who are not used to experiencing our very dark rural nights. Unless you have an event contract with us which includes the entire complex, all outdoor areas are shared with other guests. These include, but are not limited to the covered fire pit pavilion, picnic tables, two wildlife viewing decks, and creek front beach area.
Our location truly is the perfect and affordable getaway for adventurous guests seeking a centralized accommodation, within a short drive from Portland or Seattle, who are looking to explore the Washington Coast and Long Beach, Astoria and Seaside Oregon, Mt. St. Helens and the Ape Caves, Beaver Creek Falls, as well as the the historic and scenic Port of Kalama with fun new shopping and tourist attractions.

The Camper’s Closet is our cozy little on-site camp store—fully self-serve and available 24/7 through a QR code on the Closet door or via our weblink. You’ll find essentials and fun extras like:

Laundry Room Access ($10 Add-On): Want to use our onsite laundry facilities during your stay? You can reserve it for 6 hours of exclusive use through the Camper’s Closet as well.
Coming Soon! Barrel Sauna ($10 Add-On): Whether you're chasing post-hike relaxation or just a cozy moment of zen, this warm little haven will be available to book for private sessions soon!
How it works: These optional $10 add-on services (or any other store purchases) require a separate purchase. You'll receive more detailed information before your arrival. Once you place your order, you’ll get an email with instructions for pickup or reservation and your door code.
Just a heads-up: VRBO’s new fee transparency policy means we’re including these add-on details here to keep things crystal clear. Specifically, the washer, dryer, and sauna (coming soon) are listed as available amenities for this listing but they are not included in your nightly rate.
Pet and Animal Policy:
For a harmonious coexistence in our cozy space, we kindly ask you to consider these simple guidelines to make the most of your animal-friendly stay:
1. To ensure everyone's safety, all animals must remain leashed when outside.
2. We have a bit of a no-animals-on-the-furniture policy. That includes beds and lofts too!
3. Our general limit is two pets per stay, unless we've chatted and made special arrangements.
4. Cat lovers, bring your own litter box along for your feline friends.
5. We've got you covered with pet waste bags—please use them for clean-ups, every single time.
6. We're all about quality time together, so no leaving furry friends solo in the home; even in a crate.
7. Oopsie moments happen! If they do, there are handy cleaning supplies under the sink.
8. A little daily sweep will do wonders, and is required, to keep fur from taking over.
9. Guests at our Creekside Cottage, we've set up a pup relief area (with a sign!) to save the lawn. Feel free to use it, or any other spot on the property except the front lawn.
10. During your stay may encounter our friendly young barn cats and free-range bunnies outside. If you or your pets are particularly reactive to cats, or any outdoor critters, this is likely not a good fit for your needs.
11. To keep things fair and square, we now require an add on to your reservation; a fully refundable $150 security deposit, due 14 days before your stay, and processed via AirBnB Resolution Center. It's all about trust. If we all play by the rules, your deposit is returned to you. However, after any rule-bending (including extra laundry, cleaning, or upholstery work), know that it's not gonna’ come back to you. Plus, intentional rule breakers might face extra fees. Let's keep things snazzy!
3rd Party Booking Policy:
My Tiny Creekside Retreat is a great option for crews, professionals traveling for work, and is a way safer, more secure, and affordable option than local hotels.
Hosting guests, however, who have not made the reservation itself carries additional risk and hosting challenges. As such, in our desire to support our local employers we have recently developed and released this 3rd Party Booking Policy.
If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please review and accept this policy by replying specifically with the phrase “Responsible Guests Welcome”:
1) Booking must be confirmed at least 2 hours in advance of arrival.
2) Payment of an additional $150 refundable cleaning deposit via an Airbnb resolution center request will be required prior to arrival.
3) A contact name and verifiable cell phone # must be provided for at least 1 of the guests who are staying. Contact will be made with them prior to their arrival to verify their ID and ensure they are aware of the expectations during their stay.

Cedar Loo Toilet Details:
We want you to love your stay, and that means making sure you’re comfortable with our eco-friendly, flushless Cedar Loo style toilet. It’s simple to use and saves thousands of gallons of water each year. But let’s be real—if you’re expecting a traditional flush toilet, this might not be the right rental for you.
How it works? Sit, do your business, toss in a handful of cedar chips, and close the lid. Once a day (or as needed), simply lift out the bag, tie it shut, and place it in the designated outdoor bin. A fresh bag will be ready to go—no extra setup needed!
If the idea of this type toilet makes you uneasy, we totally understand! We’d rather you book a place that meets your expectations than be surprised upon arrival. As an alternative, please do inquire about the availability of our other accommodations onsite that do have flushing toilets.
