Unfortunately, you did not reach out to them at the time of your arrival. When I did receive your message, I responded promptly, apologized for the situation, and issued a full refund immediately—not a partial one. The issue was caused by the previous guest leaving a window open, which led to unexpected rainwater entering the unit. It was an honest oversight by our cleaner, not a reflection of the property’s overall condition. You chose to leave before we could relocate you to another available unit, despite that offer being made right away. Given that you didn’t stay at the property, I’m genuinely surprised by this review. We take great pride in maintaining our listings accurately and resolving any rare issues quickly and respectfully.
