- Early Check-in/Late Check-out can be provided upon request and will be granted based on availability
- Return keys to the on-site housekeeper at the time of check-out - failure to do so will result in a key replacement charge of USD 30
- For the entrance to the building, there is an additional fee of $15.000 COP per person.

Payment of the Entrance Handle
It is mandatory to make the payment of an identification handle for a value of $15.000 COP. Payment is made through transfer with QR code (in person) at the reception of the building, before entering the property.
This handle will be your identification as guests of the co-ownership, and will grant you free access to the social and/or common areas.
The pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 AM to 8 PM.
On Mondays the pool is under maintenance.
The Turkish bath is also open until 8 PM and the use per person is 1 hour.
