Plce was clean and well maintained.Host had ALL kids of toys for the kids. And they really enjoyed learning how to boogie board the waves.Location was perfect! Steps to the beach as well as resturants and a tiki bar. Assigned parking is right outside the door of unit; very handy with kids or elderly.Cant think of a single negative, tbh.

100 steps to the beach.. 20 steps to the pool! The condo came with everything you need & is walking distance to plenty of restaurants! Only negative is the beds are not the most comfortable.. very firm. However, I would not let that deter from us visiting here again. We were so delighted with our stay here!

Relaxing and worry free vacation

The Condo was so nice. Ground level made it easy to get out to the beach and pool. We loved that the property was gated all the way around with codes. Loved that this place had everything even a pack n play and crockpot. The company stayed in contact making sure we were happy throughout our stay.

Everything was as described and pictured in the condo. The condo was in immaculate condition and the manager Zareh was super helpful and prompt in answering questions. The condo is on the first floor and its parking is just outside the door, which is perfect. The proximity of the condo from the beach, and the private beach and pool access makes this a no brainer.

Beautiful place w/ wonderful amenities

Looked exactly like the pictures, very clean, spacious place. Provided all the amenities one could wants, from laundry detergent to beach chairs and towels. I couldn't have asked for more. Zareh was great at communicating and responded very quickly to any questions. Within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. If I'm ever back in Cocoa Beach, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Excellent location. Very clean. Very quiet. Only thing i would change...early morning adult only swim is crossed off the sign. I'd reimplement that. Maybe enforce pool rules (no boogie boards, no running or jumping into poo) a little better

In total the stay was OK. However, several things were out of sorts. The floors were filthy, all my socks were black at the end of the day. there were light switches that did not that didn't control anything, ceiling lights with the only control on the fixture, the dispensers for soap, shampoo, conditioner were in the middle of the shower stall and should have been at the end. I kept running into them when showering. Some information would have been helpful on the working of the TV.

Great Condo @ Cocoa Beach Towers

Condo was well decorated. It has a Keurig that uses k cups and ground coffee. Unit has a washer and dryer in the condo. Loved the ground floor unit. Easy unloading of stuff from car. Easy access to pool and beach. Putting course right outside condo patio. Great location - close to Ron Jon's Surf Shop, the pier, shopping and restsurants. Property Management was responsive and easy to reach. Highly recommend Cocoa Beach Towers and Happy Palms.

Best Management Ever!

We were visiting Florida for my son's wedding and stopped in Cocoa Beach for a little getaway before heading to Tampa for the wedding. I accidentally left my jewelry case in the nightstand and did not realize it until we were already in Tampa. I texted Zareh and explained my dilemma. He spent the whole day tracking down my jewelry and found it! I truly appreciate the work he put into doing this.The place was very comfortable and there were lots of chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and beach towels to make our visit easy. Thank you again for the wonderful stay.
