The Space:

Entering the main condo door on the 2nd floor, you will have a short flight up to the main living level. As soon as you ascend, you will find a beautifully remodeled kitchen with all brand new stainless appliances, granite counter tops, bar stool seating for 2 and an additional dining table for 4 just adjacent. There is a fully remodeled bath with large stand up shower just off the kitchen and large closet for clothing storage. You will love the vaulted ceilings with tons of natural light flooding in. The living room contains additional clothing storage as well as a comfortable queen murphy bed that conveniently folds away to provide more space when not in use. There is also a fully covered porch with small dining table and seating with a birds eye view of the pool, grilling deck, and garden courtyard just below.



Heading up to the loft, you will find another comfortable queen bed with a 40+" roku tv and all tv's have premium cable in addition to streaming options in case you want to watch local channels.



The pool deck below has plenty of lounge chairs plus dining tables with umbrellas and the grilling deck with charcoal grills and smokers can't be beat!



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the condo with no shared spaces other than the pool deck and grilling areas that are shared with a small amount of condos in the community, meaning they are rarely ever full, even during peak summer months. The pool is also open year round!



The Neighborhood:

Close enough to the Surfside beaches, Golf Colony at Deerfield is much quieter and more family friendly than Myrtle Beach. You will still be close to the Surfside Beaches, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and Myrtle Beach restaurants and amenities/attractions. One of the best kept secrets in Surfside!



Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.



Public parking is available at the Surfside Beach Pier as well as the other public beach access points in Surfside. I highly recommend Myrtle Beach State Park as well, which has a small fee to park for the day, but gets you access to easy parking, a snack bar, fishing pier and public restrooms.



Other Things to Note:

We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!
