The Space:

This 1 bedroom 1.5 bath villa has everything for a relaxing vacation. You will love this adorable Villa just a quick drive to the beach. This Villa sleeps 4 with a Double bed and 1 pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Golf Colony Resort is tucked quietly back in the Deerfield subdivision but right in the middle and close to everything! Book your families next home away from home with relaxing breezes and the beach right around the corner!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment and can also enjoy access to the community pool/hot tub.



The Neighborhood:

Golf Colony, nestled in the Deerfield subdivision of Surfside Beach, offers a prime location between US Hwy 17 Bypass and Hwy 17 Business. You're just a short 1.5-mile drive from the beautiful Surfside Beach. Within a 2-mile radius, you'll find four grocery stores for your convenience. Explore the diverse culinary scene with numerous restaurants catering to every palate. A visit to Surfside Drive and the area near the newly renovated Surfside Pier is highly recommended for dining and entertainment options.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
