The Space:
Eagle Mount Deepwater by Tiny Away is the closest Grafton accommodation in NSW. It's just an hour's drive along the scenic route to Washpool National Park, known for its pristine wilderness, ancient rainforests, and abundant wildlife.

A peaceful countryside getaway known for its outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, and bird watching. The tiny house sits in a grassy meadow with gentle breezes - perfect to disconnect from the bustling metropolis.

If you're up for a drive, explore nearby attractions within 40-55 minutes: Gibraltar Range National Park with rugged mountains and waterfalls, Rotary Park for peaceful nature walks, and Girraween National Park’s stunning granite formations in the Granite Belt.

It is a cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. This includes an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The buildings are situated at a distance of 750 meters from the front gate. Consequently, the location boasts serene surroundings and a picturesque landscape. Perfect for cattle grazing activities.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and other amenities.

Tank water is accessible and should be as good-tasting as any bottled water. We also provide carbonated mineral water upon request at extra cost.

As an added note, we would like to remind guests that this is a self-catering accommodation and kindly advise them to bring their groceries to prepare meals and other necessities.

Eagle Mount Deepwater by Tiny Away offers a peaceful Grafton accommodation, located just an hour away, where you’ll be greeted by lush trees, a refreshing breeze, and the natural scents of the outdoors.

If you're interested in coastal towns, Evans Head is only a two-hour drive away and offers plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy, from surfing to fishing and savoring fresh, premium seafood.

Our local favorites include Tenterfield Corner Cafe, a charming spot in town known for its fresh food, tasty cakes, and great coffee. Gibraltar Range National Park offers ancient rainforests, diverse wildlife, scenic lookouts, and hiking trails.

Approximately 54 minutes away, Bald Rock National Park boasts granite gardens, tranquil walks, and breathtaking countryside views. Rotary Park in Tenterfield is ideal for relaxing in nature with a playground, BBQs, picnic tables, and public toilets.

Need everyday essentials? Coles Tenterfield offers groceries, fresh deli items, meat, and produce at affordable prices. A little farther out, Girraween National Park sits an hour away and showcases massive granite outcrops and striking rock formations across the Granite Belt.

Getting Around:
By car:

- Property is reachable by 2WD.
- Deepwater is 3.5 hours from Brisbane by car.

By public transport:

- There are also Rail Busses that come past by Deepwater.
- Deepwater is 6km and 5 minutes away and Glen Innes is 25 minutes away.
- Tenterfield is 40 minutes away.
- There are no Taxi services in Deepwater.

Other Things to Note:
1. Pets are allowed, preferably a house-trained dog/cat
2. Pets should be kept under the control of the owner at all times for safety and comfort.
3. For everyone’s safety and comfort, pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors.

4. NOTICE TO ALL PET OWNERS: Pets are not permitted to sleep inside the Tiny Home, as the white linen is not pet-friendly. We kindly ask that you provide a warm and comfortable sleeping area for your pet. You are welcome to bring a dog house or enclosure, which can be placed on the deck next to the Tiny Home door.

House guidelines

- No uninvited guests or visitors allowed
- 4WD tracks available (at your own risk to your vehicle)
- Deepwater is only 6km away from our property
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas
- Telstra has a good signal, and the rest have weak or no signal at all
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Safety guidelines

- We recommend you stay away from the "Bull Enclosure" as our Bull is large and powerful.
- We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health and well-being.
- For your safety, please maintain a safe distance from pets and farm animals, as they are easily agitated and might cause harm.
- Kindly refrain from entering animal paddocks or yards without the permission of the land host to avoid any accidents.

Important note:

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.
