We had my daughter’s wedding in Dripping Springs. This was a wonderful place for 3 couples to stay. We were hoping to use the pool and pickleball court, but the weather didn’t allow for it, but they are great options to have.

We enjoyed this property very much! It is beautiful with deer all over and very natural. The pool, hot tub and courts were great amenities and gave everyone in our crew something to do. We struggled communicating with the host on several occasions during our stay and ended up having to figure things out on our own. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and our stay!

Two families were able to stay at this property for a long weekend. The children ages 7-10 absolutely loved the pool, pickleball court, basketball among all the other activities available, including making smores at the fire pit. The hosts were very easy to contact when we needed help finding an item or two. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Overall, a very nice property and we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay for our girls' trip! The home was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, which was exactly what we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and definitely made the most of both during our stay! We even had a family of deer come by, which was such a nice surprise. The hosts were also very responsive and went above and beyond for us. I simply asked whether a crockpot was available, and they made sure we had one during our stay, which we really appreciated and definitely put to good use.We didn't encounter any issues with the property and truly enjoyed our time there. It was a great place to relax, spend time together, and enjoy our girls' weekend. We would definitely recommend it!

This house was INCREDIBLE! Sooo private, so serene and peaceful. We had 8 women stay here for an 18 year reunion. Now all of us want to bring our own families here. The only thing missing was a crock pot, more serving dishes, mixing bowls, and more measuring cups of all sizes. Other than that - the perfect stay!

The outside area and landscaping was a dream. It felt very remote and peaceful. The pool was lovely! The lack of cleanliness was very disappointing. There were stinky towels left in the washing machine, along with an empty soda can and a dirty towel left in the upstairs bathroom. The upstairs bed sheets were filthy and covered in someone else's hair. The check-out instructions say to leave the sheets on the bed. Is that so they can be re-used? The kitchen is also gross, with long, black hairs stuck to the cooking utensils and in the freezer, under the ice maker.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the peaceful outdoor setting, landscaping, and pool, but we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered. What you described regarding the towels, bedding, bathroom, and kitchen falls short of the standards we strive to maintain. We understand how disappointing and uncomfortable this must have been, and we take these concerns seriously. Our checkout instructions are not intended to suggest that used sheets or linens should be reused without proper laundering. Our cleaning team is instructed to strip all the beds for our turnover procedures so that guests don't have to do so. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are truly sorry that these issues affected your stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this house, it was exactly what we were looking for for our family vacation. The property was quiet, clean, and truly felt like you were tucked away in the Texas Hill Country while still being close to everything you might need. The amenities were excellent. Our kids spent hours enjoying the pool and hot tub, and they especially loved having both the pickleball court and basketball hoop to play on. Inside, the home was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The property owner was wonderful to work with, communication was prompt, friendly, and made the entire process seamless. The location was another big plus. It’s an easy drive into Austin, and it’s also convenient for exploring the surrounding Hill Country. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, and having an H-E-B just about 10 minutes away was incredibly convenient.Overall, this is an outstanding property, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
