Arrival and Entry:
As you approach the front door, simply enter your code on the keypad to unlock the door. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building.

First Impressions:

Right as you step into the foyer, Bedroom 1 is on your immediate left, featuring a cozy full bed. Just down the hall, you’ll find the first floor’s full bathroom equipped with a shower.

Venture further to discover the heart of the condo: an open-concept kitchen and living room. Slide open the living room doors to enjoy your own private balcony, complete with a table and chairs—perfect for morning coffees or evening drinks. Don’t miss the beach chairs hanging on the wall, ready for your sandy adventures.

Exploring Upstairs:

Take the hallway stairs up to find Bedroom 2, outfitted with two full bunk beds and another private balcony for more breathtaking views. Just down the hall is the second full bathroom with a tub and shower.
Continue along the hallway to find the laundry room on your left, then proceed to Bedroom 3, which boasts a luxurious king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

Parking Details:

Parking is a breeze with two reserved spaces for Unit C. One spot is conveniently located street-side by the condo in front of a rental office, and the second spot is around the back of the condo, accessed via the driveway.

Trash and Recycling:

Dispose of trash and recycling easily with the facilities provided. A bright green dumpster for trash is near the rear parking area, and a separate dumpster for recycling is located across the lot.

Beach Access:

Ready for the beach? It’s just a quick 30 to 60-second walk to the beach access at the end of the block. Post-Memorial Day, you’ll find an umbrella and chair rental stand to the left as you hit the sand.

After booking, guests must authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver.
The rental agreement must be signed and we must conduct an ID check before providing check-in details.

We’ve had some past issues in the past, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!
House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
No Sand - please make sure to wash off any sand before entering the home. Let’s keep the beach at the beach!
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
$65 per lost beach chair
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
