Nestled in the private Harbor Beach neighborhood of Mattapoisett, Kinlin Grover Compass Vacation rentals is certain you will delight in the cozy, beachy feel of this 2 bedroom waterfront home. Enjoy never ending views and your own private beach on Aucoot Cove! The main level features an open living space which includes living room, dining area and kitchen as well as a full bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer.

Perched above the water, you'll enjoy a spacious deck with dining table and chairs and an awning, with the back yard and beach below. The half bath in the walkout basement and outdoor shower are convenient when enjoying the yard and beach. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms (both have Queen beds) and another full bath, all with gorgeous water views and breezes. One bedroom offers a work space if you need to stay connected and the other a cozy reading nook. The Mattapoisett Rail Trail is close by in addition to popular local restaurants such as Turks Seafood, Brew Fish and Oxford Creamery. With proximity to Route 195, Route 6 and Cape Cod you'll find plenty to do if you choose to explore the area.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
