The 5-star rated Vdara Hotel and Spa located in the heart of City Center on the Las Vegas Strip is a non gaming, non smoking condo hotel.
This is an exquisite, 631 square foot studio with an unbelievable view of Las Vegas. This luxury rental is fully equipped and perfect for individuals or small groups who want the true Vegas experience.
This suite will accommodate up to 4 guests with a King bed and a full size pull out sofa sleeper. The full bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub.
The kitchenette has a two burner cooktop, mini refrigerator (no freezer), microwave, and kitchen table.
There is a room divider from the king bed and living room area and each area has a separate flat screen television on each side.
Other amenities of our spacious studio include:
• Laptop-sized in-room safe
• Blackout drapes
• Large soaking tub
• Kitchenette including: Microwave, Two-burner electric cooktop, mini refrigerator
• Dishware and cookware available upon request
Keep in Mind:
• Your valid photo ID is required upon CHECK-IN. Your full name on your ID must be the same as what is written in the booking details that we have. Please ensure your name entered reflects this information accurately or notify us of the correct name.
• You will be required to provide a damage deposit upon booking. This is the security deposit required by the hotel. Guests will be asked to place a physical debit or credit card (cash, check and Apple Pay are NOT accepted) on hold with the front desk for the $100/night damage deposit to cover any incidentals. The deposit will be refunded as long as there are NO damages incurred to the suite.
• All kitchen and dining items such as cutlery, dishware, pots, pans, and glassware are available upon request and will be brought directly to the suite by Vdara Guest services. You may request these items upon check-in or at any time during your stay by calling guest services using the phone in your room.
• This is a privately owned condominium. Daily housekeeping is not an included service. Additional towels or linens will be provided separately, please direct all requests to the hotel.
• Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, we are not able to guarantee early check-in or late check-out requests. Please note all early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to an additional fee. We understand that the travel itinerary does not always match up with check-in and check-out times. If you need to store your luggage before or after your stay, you may do so at the bell desk located in the lobby.
•StripViewSuites Hours of Operation are 24 hours, seven days a week, including holidays.
• Valet Parking is available for up to one vehicle. Please note valet does have capacity limits out of our control, in the event that it is full guests may park in the self-parking structure.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
• A $100 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in per day (up to $400.) The security deposit must ONLY be paid with either a physical debit or credit card. (cash, check, and Apple Pay are NOT accepted).
•Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in.
•Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
•StripViewSuites has a full team available to assist you 24 hours, seven days a week, including holidays. Any maintenance requests made after 4pm will be addressed the next business day.

Horrible! Do not stay in this exact room. It was filthy and the second we opened the door we were hit with a strong smell of sewer. Unfortunately for us we dealt with this for 2 nights and could not get any help from the host or hotel. I had a second room at same hotel for my parents and that room was great. I did receive a call from the hotel manager the first night saying they would send someone up to ionize the unit and wipe everything down but it never happed. Asked them again the second day and still never happened. Careful with VRBO because you never know what your getting and hotel staff treats privately owned units as very last priority. On top of that the host points the finger at the hotel and hotel at the host so nothing gets done.
