Very nice condo !

Had a great stay at this condo, it was clean, and free from odors, owner could stand to stock it with more utensils, and coffee, and maybe a few extra wash rags. we were there for a week, had coffee for 2 days, but it gave Starbucks, a little extra business but overall, it was a great stay.

Perfect location for my work meetings!

Overall, loved my stay! The description said it was a strip view, but it actually overlooks the airport and community pools. Not a big deal, just not what I expected!

The room was excellent!

We love staying at the Signature. This was our second time. Not paying a resort fee makes a big difference. Tony is a very good host. Great with communication and responding to messages. It was so nice we stayed an extra night. We will definitely book this room again!

Tony is an amazing host!

Great stay!!! Any questions I had, Tony answered them right away! Very close to the strip. Beautiful property. This unit does not have a view of the strip but it has a great view of the MGM Pool and Wet Republic. So happy there were no resort fees and access to mgm pool was free and easy! THE FREE VALET PARKING IS AMAZING! I’ll definitely be staying again!

Short term stay

It was a great check-in process. Host was great at communicating, walking distance to main area of strip is between 10-30 minutes. Only con is not having towels changed and cleaning with the price you are paying you would think it’s included and not an extra charge. Other than that, accurate stay!

Comfortable room accommodating staff

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room very clean, pictures do not do it justice to how large and spacious. View over looked beautiful manicured grounds. Grounds gated and very safe. Hotel maintained a very quite atmosphere. Bed and pillows comfortable able to sleep well. Programmable thermostat keep the room perfect. The tub easily fit two people water nice and hot, enjoyed the jets. Kitchen worked well for week long stay. Owner very prompt with responses.

AIRPORT VIEW from wall of windows!

Property faces airport. "Strip view" = airport, the lot where the Tropicana used to be, and the back of the MGM. VRBO stands behind the owner's use of a balcony image, even though the unit has no balcony. Mattress was uncomfortable. Bathroom floor tile was broken. Everything else was great.

New Years Eve in Vegas!

The place was perfect and clean and as advertised. We've stayed at other units in the Signature before, so the location was exactly what I wanted and it's a short walk to Aria, Cosmopolitan and Planet Hollywood (where we saw a concert). The only negative thing I have to say is that the kitchen stuff is sparce, so if you want to cook or plan to eat in, there are not a lot of utensils (there are plates, glasses and pots/pans). Also, the TV is not a smart TV (can't cast from your device), but who's in Vegas to watch a lot of TV? ;) It's a great unit! and we would definitely stay again!!

Ran out of toilet paper, coffee etc. Took a few days to rectify, we stayed in a condo to have coffee in our room.

Great Location

Located just off the strip with easy access and valet parking. A well appointed spacious room. Indoor walkways between all three towers and to the MGM Grand. We will definitely be back!

Great location for the Strip

Check in was super easy. I really liked the valet parking. The view overlooks the airport, so not the best, but it has direct access to Las Vegas Blvd through the MGM resort
