The bedroom has a single bed and armchair and is cool and quiet all summer. Window faces west for afternoon light. The living room has 2 south-facing windows, a futon, reading chair, rocking chair and TV, and a full size dining table. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, small eating table. No outdoor space is available.

Close to amazing food: Little Italy, Koreatown, Ethiopian, sushi, juice bar, fancy candy, Jenine's breakfast (incredible), Scottish pub, groceries & uber-trendy Ossington strip.

Close to transit: 7 minute walk to Ossington Subway, College Streetcar, Ossington Bus, and the 94 Bus.

Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly. No smoking on the property, a neighbour is extremely allergic, please go out to the sidewalk. Quiet talking after 10pm outside, to respect our neighbors.
