A secluded 50 acre retreat on the Colorado River. Additional apartment space with full kitchen, king bed and futon available upon request for additional $150/nt. A large 2800 sq ft house that will accommodate up to 14 guest. There is a bunk bed room with three double beds and three singles. There are three additional rooms with 2 king beds and ensuite baths and 1 queen room with hall bath access. The detached garage apartment is studio style with a king bed, fully stocked kitchen and full bathroom with shower You will have access to all areas of the house, pool, game room and the 50 acre property. Plenty of driveway parking space. We will have a UTV available for your use but only adults with a valid driver's license are permitted to operate the vehicle. The river is a short walk down from the main house.
