Welcome to the Coastal Epping Escape, we hope you have a great stay. Please ensure you follow the below house rules throughout the duration of your stay and upon checkout.

- Firstly, please enjoy your stay, be safe and we hope you have a great time.
- Strictly no parties at the property or large gatherings.
- Do not sleep on the beds without fitted sheets & flat sheets or an additional cleaning fee applies.
- Please keep the home tidy and leave it in the same state it was found.
- Please No smoking inside. $200 fee applies if smoke reported by cleaners.
- Pets allowed at property, but not in bedrooms or on furniture. Please clean up after your dog.
- Exercise care when using games room and pool table.
- Please do not remove any items from the kitchen or property. All items are checked after each stay and will be charged at replacement cost if removed.
- Please do not clean fish or cook crabs inside the home. It leaves a smell that lasts for several days. Please clean fish at jetty, or fish cleaning station behind the second dwelling/unit at the beach or boat ramp and cook crabs on outside BBQ.
- PLEASE double bag fish scraps before placing in the bin.
- Please bag children`s nappies before placing in bin.
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimal from 10pm in respect to neighbours.

GENERAL RUBBISH: RED BIN ONLY – 1 Large Bag Allowance
Ensure general rubbish of 1 large bag only per stay is put in the red bin. Any excess rubbish can be taken to the wallaroo tip at 14 Recycling Circuit, Wallaroo. Or taken home. If the bin is overflowing and we have to order a collection, this cost is past onto the guest.
RECYCLING: YELLOW BIN
All recycling to be placed into the Yellow bin only.
Upon Checkout:
- Please take home any excess rubbish
- Please empty the dishwasher before leaving.
- Ensure all items have been removed from the fridge.
- Please clean BBQ after use to avoid additional cleaning fee.
- Please put the red and yellow bins out when leaving.
- Turn off the Airconditioner & Lights.
Return keys to the lock box and scramble the numbers.
