The Esplanade North Beach

The Esplanade North Beach is located in the private Riley Cove Estate. It is the perfect getaway where you can relax and enjoy a holiday with friends and family.

Built in 2010, the house has incredible beach front views from the very spacious open plan living space and master bedroom.

The house has four generous sized bedrooms (configurations found below) which sleeps a maximum of 13 guests (MAX of 10 adults). Other features include a large, well equipped kitchen, laundry with washing facilities, two separate toilets, shower and separate powder room, along with the ensuite (including large bath) for the master bedroom. The living room has a large leather lounge to sit back and relax looking out over the beach or watching some sport or movies on the TV. The front porch (easily accessed through the open living area and master bedroom) overlooks the beach - which is great for fishing off the rocks, particularly for some squid and crab. The Wallaroo jetty is also a great place to fish which is approximately a 10 minute drive, along with the sandy beaches of Wallaroo which is one of the few you can drive on. - Enclosed and safety gated rear yard
- A security camera is installed over the garage, looking out to the driveway away from the property
