The Space:

Welcome to our ground-floor jungle cottage in a duplex home located along the Chalk Sound National Park lagoon! Our place is a wonderful little haven surrounded by tropical scenery and breathtaking turquoise lagoon views.



You’ll have a well-equipped one-bedroom apartment with a private front porch. Besides breathtaking views of Chalk Sound from the property, you’ll also be within walking distance of some great restaurants and Sapodilla Bay Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Taylor Bay Beach, another beauty is also just a short distance away.



You’ll have a quaint living space with a sofa sitting area, a Smart TV, a two-top dining table for dining peacefully at home, and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal!



When it’s time to rest and recharge, there is a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed to accommodate up to 2 guests and a full bathroom with a stand-in shower. The room has AC for comfort, nightstands, reading lamps, a closet and drawer space for your things, but best of all, views of Chalk Sound lagoon from bed!

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the ground-floor 1BR apartment in a duplex home and shared access to the driveway and the grounds around the home with the 2BR rental upstairs.



The Neighborhood:

Located alongside the gorgeous Chalk Sound National Park lagoon, with endless natural beauty and opportunities for colorful sunsets and breathtaking sunrises! You’ll have easy access to restaurants, beaches, tour operators, and other parts of the island. Sapodilla Bay Beach is a minute’s walk away, and Taylor Bay Beach is 1.9 km|1.2 miles from the property; two of the notably best beaches on the island! And just a 20-minute drive to Grace Bay, where you’ll find loads of water sports activities, the Provo Golf Club, dining and shopping.



Getting Around:

The property is 7.6 km or 4.8 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). As there is no public transportation on the island, a car is recommended. There is a parking space at the property if you arrive by car.



Other Things to Note:

Please Read Before Booking - We want to make sure our guests have the best possible experience when staying with us.



- Our property is located near the commercial port, so you may hear noise from port operations, including trucks and machinery. Most guests love the home's location—plus, the beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and friendly atmosphere nearby. However, if you love to sleep in, this might not be the best fit.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- If you did not use A i r b n b, a security deposit will be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests will need to climb stairs to the upstairs apartment.

- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 11 pm.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Please be aware that there are outdoor cameras at the front of the building facing the front side and gate.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- The loss of the gate remote incurs a penalty of $250 USD.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property using a gate code to the entrance gate and a code to the lockbox to access the keys to the apartment. Codes and check-in instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.
