Enjoy luxury accommodation on Grace Bay Beach at this large renovated 2nd floor ocean view fully equipped, very private, well decorated and up to date, one bedroom apartment at Coral Gardens Resort. Coral Gardens is the original resort in the area and is right at the Bight Coral Reef for snorkelling off the beach with high end resorts beside it. Coral Gardens is very well maintained and is the home of the Mexican themed Somewhere Cafe open from early morning for breakfast until late in the evening. This unit is on two levels with the bedroom and ensuite upstairs and separate air conditioning systems for each level. The Island's best snorkelling without a boat is right off our beach at one end, with fabulous Grace Bay soft sand going out into the turquoise water for the majority of the resort waterfront. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are provided to guests at no extra cost. Housekeeping is done every other day of your stay. There are resort swimming pools. Great ocean view from balcony. Private bedroom on upper level with ensuite bathroom including large walk in shower. Bed is King Size with a new American made top quality mattress. Powder room, full kitchen, and large living/dining room on lower level with Queen Size sofa bed. New sofa bed in 2023. Unit accommodates 4 guests and a baby maximum. Portable crib available to use when needed. Free laundry at ground level just below us. Somewhere Café is onsite and next door at Windsong Resort there is the Dunes Restaurant and JoJo's Café. JoJo’s is great for breakfast, lunch or drinks. The other side of the property close to us is the new Hyatt Andaz Resort which will open in the Spring of 2026. Please be aware that as of February 2026 there is still construction noise sometimes coming from the new hotel. Just past the Hyatt is the West Bay Club with 2 West and Drift restaurants and then the Wymara Resort which has the critically acclaimed Indigo restaurant along with Blue Water Bistro and the lively Pink Bar. Across the street you will find the new Marine Room Restaurant. Marine Room has a great ocean view and amazing food. We are also a short drive to Turtle Cove Marina which hosts several fine restaurants and bars. Caicos Coral Suite is very comfortable and tastefully decorated by caring condo owners who live in Canada and visit regularly. There is an onsite management company who take care of guests and any issues during their stays. As owners renting to you we will give you personalised advice and assistance for your stay on the island and in our home.

We enjoyed very much our stay at this condo. The condo is very spacious and well laid out. The ocean view is beautiful-and the view of the pool is very nice also. The beach was lovely with a good seaside restaurant bordering the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent and the on site staff also provided any assistance needed. We booked this accommodation with the understanding that it was beachfront with an unobstructed view. At the time we booked, the listing photos showed no indication of any construction nearby (it’s possible the photos have since been edited or are outdated).When we arrived, we discovered that our unit was located directly adjacent to a large new Hyatt resort under construction. Because of the noise and activity, we were unable to use the patio or enjoy the view, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property.Construction occurred every day from approximately 6:30 a.m. until around 6:00 p.m., making it extremely disruptive.We notified the owner and sent photos and videos showing the situation. He stated that he had received no complaints, although we noticed there had been no reviews posted since last Thanksgiving.The owner offered us a 500 refund only if we agreed not to leave a review or if we left a 5-star rating. As honest reviewers, we were not comfortable agreeing to those terms and felt it was inappropriate to be given that type of ultimatum.The resort itself is lovely, with great staff and beautiful grounds, but unfortunately the location of this particular unit next to major construction significantly impacted our stay, and we did not find the owner very helpful in resolving the situation.

Fantastic 7 days

Very nicely decorated condo with great views of the water from the deck. Easy access to the beach and on site staff very attentive. Terrific snorkeling right in front. Very relaxing atmosphere at night. Easy drive to the restaurants and Grace Bay shopping district. Had a fantastic 7 days and looking forward to our next trip back to Coral Gardens. Murray was outstanding to deal with before and during the trip.

Well located, great value, hidden gem

Great location on the beach in Grace Bay near Windsong and Wymara resorts. Beach is not crowded--there are beach attendants who will provide chairs, umbrellas, and towels (included). A small reef is located directly in front of the property for convenient snorkeling. Free and easy parking (rent a car). Well equipped kitchen. Clean and well-kept. Overall this is a great value right on the beach.

Everything you could ask for.

This place is as advertised and I would stay here again when we come back. Having the ocean view and sunset views were amazing. Great snorkeling just off the beach in front of the resort. We saw so many different fish. I was surprised how close to the beach some were. We appreciated having masks and snorkels there to use. Also having a pack n play for our 1 year old was helpful. The grocery store is a little over a mile away so having it nearby was also nice. I was a little nervous with it having no reviews yet but It worked our great. We only had one minor issue come up and it was fixed before we got back to the condo from the beach. Marty was helpful with any questions we had and replied quickly.

We love Coral Gardens

The Coral Gardens Resort was better than I had expected. Truly what we were looking for in a beach get a way vacation. Quiet, clean, and lots of beach to walk on. Bonus was the snorkeling and restaurant so very close. The towel and beach attendants were great ! Never had a problem getting a lounge chair. Our host Murray was very responsive and we loved having a key code panel outside the door, so we could just let ourselves in when we arrived. The condo was spotless! We also loved that there was a safe in the closet of the masterbed room. Plenty of hangers and drawers were available also. The master has the air conditioner so if someone was going to be using the sofa pull out in the main room you would have no air conditioner but there were two ceiling fans. We hope to go back next year!

We loved staying at Murray’s place. We traveled with 3 kids 6,4 and 1 and it was perfect. I was worried pool would be small, however, it was never more than our family swimming and we enjoyed being able to sit at pool and look out at ocean from pool chairs. The beach is fantastic. We’ve stayed at The Palms in past and love that part of Grace Bay. I was worried this beach was more narrow…which it is, but it’s only 1 or 2 rows of chairs and less busy. It’s perfect. We loved having the reef to swim around each day. My littles were able to do it and they love being able to swim in the water in Turks and see everything. It’s just magical. We loved having somewhere bar accessible. We rented a car so we could explore in mornings, then we’d come back, put littles down for naps and hang out by the beach. The only thing we didn’t love about the resort, in general, was having to walk around to back to get to stairs. It is hardly an inconvenience, but I’m obsessed with always having a view of the most amazing beach in the world, so the walking back to room felt like it took me away. Would be nice if lit better. Murray was super communicative and responded instantly throughout the whole booking process. BEDS Our master bed was ok, sloped a little in the middle but we slept fine. The pull out sofa was fine for little kids, but I wouldn’t put anyone who is heavy on it, you could feel the springs. BATHROOMS Great! KITCHEN Stocked great! VIEW Great

Amazing Property!!

This little gem of a property was a great place for a getaway for my wife and I. It has a great view of Grace Bay and with staying during the tourist off-season, it was very quiet and relaxing. We stayed during Hurricane Fiona and the property was very safe and sturdy with 115mph winds blowing into the bay. The living space was very cozy and having a full kitchen was very nice to have if you’re not looking to spend money on food every day. The king bed was super comfortable and having the ductless AC unit cooling the room was perfect to take the heat and humidity out of the room. The pool on the property was great to cool off in when the Bay was bit rough after the storm. We didn’t get to eat at the Somewhere cafe on property as it was closed but we ate at JoJo’s Cafe next door at Windsong and that was really good for a lunch. Murray was an awesome host and was very responsive if I had any questions. Can’t say enough about this property except that we will be back very soon!!! Thanks again Murray for having us and providing us with a great unit to stay at for our first trip to Providenciales, TCI!!

Beautiful

My husband was extremely skeptical about staying here because there was just the 1 review. We were pleasantly surprised...the unit was better than the pictures. It was very spacious and had everything that you needed. The view from the balcony was amazing, the beach was crystal clear with no waves but with it being on the reef you needed water shoes...which we had. There was always ample beach chairs and umbrellas both by the pool and at the beach...it was not at all crowded. The only downside was the pressure of the shower head was low but with water being such a scarce commodity on the island this was understandable. Don't be scared to book because of the 1...now 2 reviews. Any issues that came up was quickly addressed by Murray.

We are from Ontario Canada living on a major cottage lake year round in the Kawartha Lakes area north of Peterborough. We take pride in our island home and have decorated it and made major improvements since we bought this property in 2022. We previously provided rental by owner units at Royal West Indies Resort where direct rental is now banned and we are focussing our energy on making our Coral Gardens rental by owner unit the best it can be.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Coral Gardens is not on the widest part of the beach or centrally located near Grace Bay shops but we do have wonderful frontage on Grace Bay Beach and the Coral Reef for snorkelling is right beside us so you can snorkel any time for as long or as little as you like. We are beside very high end resorts with great dining options. Somewhere Cafe right on our property is a fun place all day and into the evening but it also provides service of all meals right there starting with breakfast. You will need a taxi or rental car to get around unless you want to just stay close and relax. The island's only large grocery store Graceway IGA is closeby but a little too far for most people to walk. Once the Hyatt opens we expect there will be a lot more choices for places to go in easy walking distance.
