We could not have been more happy with the house and accommodations. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay that felt like home away from home. Mike Z rentals was a great host as well.

Home was beautiful, close to the beach and great restaurants every thing we needed was very easy to find. Great place for a family. This house made our Florida trip very enjoyable.

The property and all of its amenities were perfect for our stay. The outdoor living space was beyond our expectations. The home was spacious, clean and inviting. The only thing that I would recommend is adding at least one magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a full length mirror.Other than that our girl friend’s weekend was a success!We will be back!

The home and pool were beautiful and clean. When we hit a hiccup with the AC, the owner was responsive and quick with maintenance and a fan while we waited for things to cool down. The beds were very comfortable. We were pleased with the property and its location.

The house was beautiful and clean. We used the pool just for the four of us. But, it would be great for small gatherings also. The pool is very close.Two teenagers were bit bored at all all werek. We’d love to come back.

Perfect stay

This home was amazing. We loved to pool, the community was safe and quiet. We loved having the outdoor grill, bar, tv, table so we could enjoy the pool so much.

Very very nice

Great property, and CLEAN. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Location puts everything in the area in easy reach. The pool area is super cool, and the decor was clean and modern. Check-in/check-out very simple with great communication from property management.

Loved everything about this home. It is gorgeous and you can't beat the location. The pool and patio areas are where we spent about 90% of our time. My favorite experience of the whole week, was waking up to a family of river otters every morning, right outside of the lanai!The service provide by the Mike Z team was outstanding throughout as well. Definitely a place to return to.

House and location were amazing! Outdoor area was even better than we were expecting! Even with the rain on several days we were able to enjoy our evenings outside! Pond was great for little ones too, as my 9 yr old caught his first fish (we left the reusable minnow bucket in the garage, just take it to master bait and tackle to refill, but they loved the nightcrawlers in the pond!) Only one piece of feedback for the property- could you provide more toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags? We only had 4 adults and a child, and ran out of pretty much everything that was provided without being wasteful. In any case, place was great and we'll be planning to return!!

Great secluded property near many nice Bonita Beach Road restaurants

This property is as listed. Very modern and clean. The outdoor area with the Hot Tub, Pool, Fire pit, swim up bar, etc. was used extensively throughout our stay. Even when it rained, we were able to used the covered area to watch TV, eat and relax. The interior of the home was also wonderful. We plan to stay here again.

This property in Bonita Springs was very nice. The lanai was beautiful and the pool was immaculate. The home was in great condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only feedback I have is that the utensils, dishes, preparing dishes etc. in the kitchen could use some attention. There are mismatched everything. We needed a 9x13 pan and had to go buy one, which we left for the next guest to enjoy. I tried to communicate this with the rental attendant and twice received no feedback. Other than that just a terrific property.

Quiet and Pleasant Location

Overall, a pleasant stay in a nice house in a nice location. The house sits on a quiet corner in a quiet neighborhood, within biking distance of beaches, restaurants and other conveniences. The house itself has recently been renovated, giving it a slightly “new” feel, although a better investment could have been made in the quality of the mattresses, which were soft and lumpy. The pool and spa were fairly new and the patio area made for a great cookout spot! The pond behind the house, just off the patio/pool area, added to the sense of tranquility surrounding the place.

Beautiful place

Beautiful home and amenities. The only issue we ran into was the pool heating. Three of the days we spent at the home the pool was unusable because of the temperature. At times it was as hot or hotter than the hot tub. I tried to fix by texting with the property manager number, but I didn't get much help and tried to figure out ourselves (with help from the pool cleaner). The last day the pool got to a decent temp and we could use it. On the last day the hot tub seemed to be draining itself so we could not use that on that morning. The BBQ could use an upgrade as it did not heat up very well and the third burner didn't work. In fact the knob got extremely hot when the grill was on.

The property was absolutely beautiful, and the location was great… Easy access to get to everything …however, the host (Michael) was extremely slow at his responses - making us wait several hours or even until the next day. In order to confirm our late check out we asked to make sure that they received our deposit for the late check out and he said that it was nowhere to be found only later to them tell us yes it was, which caused great confusion the night before checkout…we also had a couple of issues with some things I needed to get in contact with him and the emergency line had no way of getting in contact with him because his phone number was not left. In addition, the rooms did not have outlets near the beds to charge our phones. Beds were comfy, kitchen was great, garage was great with access to beach supplies and accessories. Great for our dogs, as well. Just wanted much better communication!
