We love this property and always try to get it. It’s very nice, quiet for being downtown, and the location in the downtown historic brick district is great for walking to great restaurants and shops. If you’re going to stay in Fulton, you must try out this spot!!

Overall great experience especially if you like the downtown community lifestyle. Lucked out with a street festival during our stay and the crowd was very friendly. As a result, parking was limited but manageable.

Excellent Rental!

Our stay at this location was perfect. Great location, clean property, the perfect find. Our hosts Chance and Nathan answered all our questions and helped us considerably during our stay. Couldn't ask for anything better and would highly recommend this rental and will stay here again.

Great trip

I have a horse in Missouri, so I make the trip quite frequently and didn’t want to stay at a hotel this time so picked a Vrbo in Fulton because I’m very familiar with the town. I would definitely do it again and again great place spacious and very comfortable beds were awesome

The host was very responsive and helpful. The weather was extremely cold the day of our arrival and we were able to access the property early to drop off luggage and groceries, so we wouldn't have items freeze in our vehicle.

Family weekend

Very nice rental for our family during family weekend at Westminster. We were able to walk to most locations. Only complaint was we had 5 towels for 6 people! We would rent again!

It was great! A little hard to locate since the apartment on 5th Street has same address and GPS takes you there. Apartment A B C should be added…it’s around the back of the bldg off the parking lot…also labeled 9 W 5th. Otherwise lovely place close to a couple restaurant choices and more within walking distance.

Great place -- once you find it!

Two couples were in town for college baseball and this place was perfect! The only glitch (which might be user error) is that the entryway is on the back side of the building, not the street side. The owners were great though, even answering our text close to midnight (sorry about that!), telling us to go around to the back. It is within walking distance to the college and some fun spots especially the coffee shop next door. Their coffee was great! We don't know when we'll be back to Fulton, but we would definitely stay here again.

Coffee pot had old moldy grounds in it. You on get one towel for the whole week and we couldnt find and parking spots after work. Other then that it was fine.

We’ve passed your comments along to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:-Our listing notes that parking is available in the community lot next door on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional street parking nearby. Unfortunately, we cannot reserve or purchase a designated spot for the unit.-The brew side of the coffee maker was unfortunately broken and jammed, though the pod side remained functional. We’ve cleared the grounds, and a new coffee maker is on order. We apologize for the inconvenience.-Replacement towels have been ordered and will be added once available. Due to back-to-back bookings, it’s been challenging to complete these updates, but we’re working to get everything in order.We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests and take pride in welcoming many more, as reflected by the positive feedback we consistently receive.
