Cozy Lakefront Cottage

I attended the property regarding the wifi situation on 3 separate occasions, and my Starlink app confirmed there was very good signal on all 7 devices Brenda had connected at once. The laundry room door worked fine the same day these guests arrived. The inside and outside of cabin, deck, & deck furniture was also very clean the day of arrival, as I cleaned it thoroughly myself, knowing these guests are impossible to please. She locked the keys inside of the cabin after she checked out, and I had to hire a locksmith to get back in. She denied locking the keys inside several times when i asked her. I attended the cabin at one point, with extra water (that i normally do not provide to guests), as a kind gesture. As well as a can opener that she rudely demanded that i deliver. All of my sheets, blankets, and pillowcases were stained with blood, that I have now had to replace. SOO much garbage was left behind. Many large, heavy bags, filled with soiled diapers. (I had to collect the garbage halfway through her stay as it was heaping over the bin outside at the road) This is my second time hosting Brenda, and it was the same negative experience both times. She is very impossible to please (looks for anything possible to complain about). Therefore, I will no longer be willing to host her again in the future, as she was rude, disrespectful, demanding, condescending, and accusatory when communicating. I highly discourage all hosts from renting to Brenda.
