Upon entering the loft and heading upstairs, you'll be greeted by a beautiful open floor plan featuring a chef's kitchen equipped with various appliances and a full-size refrigerator. The dining area, which seats six comfortably, is integrated into the kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy living area, featuring a stone wall and gas fireplace, perfect for chilly nights with friends. The living area also comfortably seats six guests.

A unique feature of Highlands Loft is the map painting we installed, allowing you to pin where you are traveling from—a fun way for us to welcome guests from all parts of the world. Down the hall, you'll find the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, large windows that fill the room with natural light, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. This bedroom also has access to the balcony that overlooks Main Street. Across the hall, the first guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, large bay windows, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The final guest bedroom has two twin beds and a spacious closet.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
