Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a warm and inviting living space, tastefully adorned with modern furnishings and thoughtful details. The living room is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, featuring plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that flood the room with natural light.

Adjacent to the living area is a well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and a dining table to enjoy your culinary creations.

The house offers two comfortable bedrooms, each designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a cozy double bed. Both rooms provide ample storage space and are decorated with tasteful accents.

The conveniently located bathroom includes a refreshing shower, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

During your stay, you'll have access to all essential amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer for your laundry needs.

Our house is ideally located in Port Norfolk Historic District, with easy access to the attractions and amenities of Portsmouth. Explore the historic neighborhoods, visit the nearby museums and galleries, or take a short drive to the beautiful beaches in the area. Additionally, the house offers convenient access to major highways, allowing you to explore the wider Virginia Beach area with ease.

Transportation in the area is convenient, with easy access to major roads and highways, making commuting to neighboring cities and attractions hassle-free. Uber/Lyft is also readily available.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.
• No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.

• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected

• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

• Please remove shoes

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).

• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.

• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.

• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible of all underage children.
