Waiata Beach House is a newly built luxury holiday home just a moments stroll from the golden sands and sparkling waters of Onetangi Beach.
With three bedrooms and a luxury family bathroom, this is the perfect house for a family holiday or a getaway with two couples.
The property is located in the private Wavesong complex in Onetangi. With no through traffic and a pedestrian only pathway leading right to the beach, this is a safe and quiet spot to enjoy a Waiheke break.
As you enter the house you are presented with premium open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Hardwood floors, bespoke furniture and carefully considered artwork give the home a feeling of a boutique hotel.
The kitchen is the heart of the home, with modern appliances, a full-sized oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and all the pots, pans and crockery needed to cook up a storm. There are great tea and coffee facilities with a selection of luxury teas and coffee pods for you to enjoy.
The large kitchen island makes this a great communal space to hang out and enjoy a glass of wine with friends, or to grab a quick breakfast before heading to the beach.
There is a dining area for up to 6 guests and alongside a comfortable lounge area with smart TV and a stereo system. High speed internet is available throughout the property.
The two main bedrooms are comfortably appointed with king sized, pillow top mattresses, luxury pillows, duvets, blankets and linens. The master has sliding doors opening onto the deck. There is also a bunk room, with two single bunks made up with the same luxury linens perfect for children.
The premium bathroom has floor to ceiling tiles, rain head shower and includes boutique toiletries including shower gel, shampoo and handwash.
The entire house opens up in summer, with sliding doors on both sides and sun screens giving the house great ventilation and protection from the elements. There is also air conditioning in the main living area
Outside the property really comes to life, with a wonderful outdoor lounge area to the front of the property. Keep an eye on the kids playing on the trampoline whilst enjoying a morning coffee. The side of the house has a private outdoor dining area, with seating for 6 guests and a large gas BBQ.
There is plenty of parking in the shared onsite parking area and also space for a car on the driveway in front of the property.
Onetangi is a great location for a holiday, with the best beach on the island right on the doorstep, close to many local amenities including bars, restaurants, wineries and activities such as ziplining, laser clay shooting, golf and archery.
If you dont fancy cooking, Onetangi is home to three fantastic dining options along the waterfront. Ki Maha is a high-end sea food focused restaurant, 372 offers a great A La Carte Menu along with bar snacks and great cocktails and Charlie Farleys is a down to earth kiwi pub serving good food in a child friendly environment. For groceries there is a wonderful Four Square just a minutes drive from the beach and there is also a fish and chip shop and liquor store open until 9pm.
