Fully Equipped:
Our property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, once a commercial kitchen, providing all the essentials for preparing meals for your group. With three large capacity fridges, a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and oven, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.

The addition of a bar area enhances the entertainment space, creating a welcoming atmosphere for gatherings of all sizes. Whether you're hosting a family dinner or a social event, our kitchen and bar area are sure to meet your needs and elevate your experience.

Bedding Configuration:
Five bedrooms offer a comfortable arrangement of 3 queen beds and 3 single beds, accommodating up to 9 guests.
Additionally, two living areas provide 6 pull-out sofa beds for extra sleeping space.

Step outside and embrace the ample outdoor space. Parking is a breeze with room for multiple vehicles, ensuring convenience for everyone in your group. The expansive grounds also offer opportunities for outdoor activities or simply basking in the fresh air while admiring kangaroos grazing in the nearby paddock.

Nestled on Loemans Road in Bulla, the property is easily accessible from the Calder Freeway and just a short drive from Melbourne Airport. Nearby attractions abound, including Calder Raceway, Woodlands Historic Homestead, and a variety of wineries and restaurants in the surrounding Sunbury and Macedon Ranges.

Accommodation & Gathering Policy

The advertised rate is for overnight accommodation only.

If the property is being used for a gathering, celebration, family reunion, special occasion or similar function, pricing is not determined solely by the number of overnight guests.

Instead, pricing is based on the highest number of people at the property at any one time during your booking, together with the nature of the gathering.

As a guide:

Bookings with up to 16 people at the property at any one time, with no unapproved visitors, are generally charged at the accommodation rate equivalent to the property's maximum sleeping capacity of 16 overnight guests.
Gatherings involving more than 16 people, additional visitors, entertainment, catering, vendors or organized celebrations must be discussed with us before booking and will be individually assessed and quoted.
No visitors are permitted unless they have been approved by the host before your stay.

One-Night Stays
One-night bookings are considered on a case-by-case basis.
