Four bedroom beachside apartment

Breakwater Retreat is a spacious, newly refurbished four bedroom apartment which sleeps 10 guests comfortably. It is located next to Warrnambool`s Foreshore Promenade, making it an ideal getaway with friends or family. With the Deep Blue Hot Springs and many of Warrnambool`s attractions close by, you next beach holiday awaits at Breakwater Retreat.

Breakwater Retreat has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is set over three levels (plus ground floor ), with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

On Level 1 you`ll find a well-appointed dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, the main living area, and a deck.

Ensuring every meal preparation is a breeze, the kitchen has all the mod cons you need while on holidays, including a dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and pots and pans.

The dining area has a table and chairs that seat 8 guests and the roomy lounge with TV and couch has a gas log fire for the winter months.

Guests can enjoy a BBQ on the deck in the warmer months.

Level 2 has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a single bed (with trundle bed underneath) and a set of bunks and wardrobe. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet.

Level 3 has a bedroom, second living area and bathroom (with shower, toilet and basin). Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and wardrobes. The living area has a couch which can be used as a queen sofa, TV and desk for remote workers.

The ground floor has a bedroom, laundry (with washing machine and dryer), garage (lockable with room for one vehicle), separate toilet, and backyard. (with clothesline and outdoor shower). Bedroom 4 has bunk beds with a double mattress on the bottom.

WIFI is provided for your stay, along with towels and linen. There is also a port-a-cot and high chair at the apartment for use.

Extra guests (up to 3) on request. Extra guests would sleep on the queen sofa and single trundle bed.

Guests have access to the whole apartment.
There is parking for one car in the garage and free off street parking on Barbaro Terrace and Pertobe Road.

You host is available via phone or message if you need anything during your stay.

Breakwater Retreat is located near the beach (direct access to Worm Bay) and The Foreshore Promenade, which links up Warrnambool`s beaches from Lady Bay to Hopkin`s River.

Many visitors come to the region to experience the geothermal pools at Deep Blue Hot Springs, which is conveniently located adjacent to the apartment complex, offering sessions throughout the day and evening along with a variety of other wellness and spa treatments.

Warrnambool boasts a diverse restaurant, cafe, and coffee scene, offering a range of cuisines and dining choices. Many of these establishments are a short stroll away or a quick car trip into the CBD, which is located 2.5 kilometres away.

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. An early check in and check out may be available, subject to availability and a fee may apply.
