We loved the place. It had everything we needed. My wife and I stayed with our two adult sons. It was a surprisingly nice place to be. Great waterfront view! We were in town for a wedding in Isleton. It worked out perfectly!

The property is right off the delta, a very beautiful and breezy location. The host was very helpful in communications, we had to modify the initial reservation a bit last minute and they took care of it. The property is safe for pets, our dog enjoyed getting to wander the property. The amenities were plentiful and allow for people to cook their own food within reason. There was a contact on property who was helpful and friendly. Overall I would recommend renting here if you're visiting the delta. It's better than most hotels you could find in the area.

We had a wonderful time over the weekend. The property is right on the water with a beautiful view my husbans, cats and I were able to hang out and listen to the wind. It was very clean and well decorated. It had everything we could need.

Loved this little house, perfect for a couple with small dog. It was peaceful and comfortable. We also were able to park our travel trailer here since we were on a road trip. The views are amazing, great amenities and friendly host. I will definitely stay here again when visiting family!

We had the most wonderful two-night stay in this beautiful and cozy cottage. Every detail made us feel comfortable and at home. The view of the water was absolutely breathtaking, especially the unforgettable sunsets!One of the highlights of our stay was catching a striped bass and making traditional Russian fish soup, called “ukha.” What a special experience! We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, relaxing by the river, and grilling with such a beautiful view.Thank you for the lovely bottle of wine and for sharing this wonderful place with us. Great Scenic House

Awesome place to stay. Well furnished with everything you could need including the kitchen being well furnished. Scenic view of the river and some great restaurants in the tVista.

I had a great time watching the river wildlife and the views of the town and Mt Diablo. Everything I needed was here. A perfect spot to stay at when visiting family or friends in the area.

Beautiful & Peacefull Getaway

This litlle cottage was the perfect spot for my bestie & I to have a girls weekend. Private, quiet and beautiful views. We enjoyed watching the boats go by, watching the birds, sitting by the campfire and exploring the area.

This is a super special cottage (tiny house) right on river. The sunsets were amazing; and the place was beyond clean! My husband & I found it relaxing.

River veiw tiny home

Everything was excellent. If I had to complain about anything, it is that Rio Vista is a little too windy for my liking. But it didnt stop us from doing anything and it wont stop us from coming back. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch.

A Wonderful 4th Of July

We had a wonderful 4th of July. Out away from fireworks. We loved our stay. It is everything they say it is! We will be back! We did try fishing from the bank we didn’t catch anything but snagged a lot but had a blast still. It was so nice being out and away from everyone. We only left twice our whole stay because I I forgot a few things other than that they have everything you need. Thank you for all the goodie’s! And Craig was helpful! Can’t wait for our next stay!

Cozy and beautiful view

A very well equipped, tiny home and a beautiful river front view. It is not walkable to anything, but it is certainly centrally located. The staff were super responsive and the extra touches like the bottle of wine, the chocolate, and the coffee and waters were certainly beautifully gracious. The on-site caretaker was very welcoming, and I felt safe traveling by myself. It would be a great spot to bring a croquet set and enjoy a game on the lawn. The little Putting green was fun and the fire pit would be great with a group. The beautiful right sided window view at sunset in the bedroom is a spectacular way to go to sleep and wake up. I’ll be back. My dog Elvis enjoyed sitting outside on the deck chair looking at the wild life. It’s windy so bring a light coat.

We came down from Canby, OR. to visit our son & his little family. My wife and I LOVED this place. Right on the river with a cool breeze all the time. The view from our wonderful covered deck was very enjoyable with plenty of seating. Inside was perfect. We had plenty of room. Everything you could possibly need, was there. Even treats. The kitchen was big enough to make meals. Tastefully decorated throughout. We didn't need the loft space, but it would have been perfect for another adult or a few kids. We come to see our son a few times a year and we will be booking this place from now on. We highly recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Gene and Brenda
