Please be advised that the spa may be serviced during your stay by our contracted technicians to ensure water quality.

If the property is booked last minute and the beds have already been made up after the previous stay, we regret we are unable to unmake and remake to different configurations and beds will be presented as per the website description text.

Enough wood will be supplied for the fireplace/slow combustion wood heater for the first two nights. After that, guests must purchase top-up wood and kindling from the local petrol stations at their own cost.

The property is fully fenced.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Wi-Fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.

This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-compliant smart device that monitors volume levels without recording speech. It alerts our management/security team if noise reaches unacceptable levels as per NSW Code of Conduct laws for short-term rentals. The device must not be switched off or removed during your stay.
