Saida Towers is THE most resort like condo complex on South Padre Island. This
beachfront complex features 5 towers, the largest and tower being Tower III
where this unit #1001 three bedroom is located way up on the 10th floor for
truly breathtaking views of the beach, resort property, pools and Gulf of
Mexico.
This condo allows up to 10 guests, though sleeping space is more adequate for
8ish unless kids are involved. Two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite to
the master bedroom which also has a view of the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc ready to go for
making memorable family meals. These 3 bedroom condos are rare & hard to find
on the beach on the Island, especially at such a supreme complex as Saida.
Saida is THE most walkable location on the Island!
Enjoy a massive patio with table overlooking all the grounds & beach, a great
spot to enjoy a morning coffee or sunset margarita. The open concept kitchen
flows right into the 8 person dining area as well as living room that goes
directly out to the patio.
This condo is equipped with high speed internet / wifi, though the Net on the
Island isn’t always perfect. Exact bedding includes a king bed in the master
bedroom, an adult sized bunk bed with each bed as a full sized bed so 2 beds
in there, and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom.
The bunk room definitely has room for the double sized airbed and pump we
provide, as well as 2 couches in the living room (sorry not a pullout). Please
bring bedding for the couches or airbed if you plan on using my friends.
The living room & bedrooms all feature flat screen SMART Tvs as well to wind
down after a long day at the beach.
One great feature of this condo is the stackable washer & dryer so that you
don’t have to go home with dirty duds!
We provide linens & towels, and our rental includes a starter pack of toilet
paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not
unlimited nor replenished.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up
This property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at
2600 Padre Blvd 78597 if you should need anything while you stay the office is
open 9 am to 5 pm 7 days per week
About the Complex
Saida has 24 hour a day private security, 100% secure parking (up to 2 parking
permits issued for a 3 bedroom like this condo), 3 pools of which one is
heated Dec 1 to Apr 1, 3 Texas Sized hot tubs outside heated year round,
Tennis AND rare pickleball courts, private beach access with showers, tons of
sun loungers, and a pool side bar & grill open generally weekends.
This complex is high walled all around with its 24 hour a day security, with
lots of grass ground and families with children making it much more fun for
your kiddos to as they will surely meet others in a very safe & secure
environment.
The olympic sized pool in front of tower III is not heated and is not BYOB
friendly as the bar poolside has a liquor license. The open times of this bar
are somewhat unpredictable, blame it on the Island life!
The other two pools beachfront (of which one is heated) ARE BYOB friendly just
no glass. 2 of the tennis courts are set up for pickleball, and that is first
come first serve but at least private to this complex. Paddles and balls as
well as tennis rackets are not provided so please remember to bring if you
want to play! So much fun too!
What we REALLY love about this condo is the massive size & privacy of a three
bedroom, plus that ohhh-la-la view from the 10th floor! Go a bit bigger this
year on attitude and size and book our great Saida Towers!

An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not
before to the phone number on file with airbnb.
2 max parking permits will be issued and max in condo is 10 humans.
Guest must assure against damages after booking is made via 2 choices:
Option ONE: you will be billed a 1 time $59 damage waiver fee
OR choose
Option TWO we can do a $500 refundable damage deposit. Either one is billed
via the airbnb resolution center. We do auto bill prior to arrival via the
airbnb resolution center for the $59 fee as that is what most guests choose.
Please message us if you would like to do the refundable $500 damage deposit
instead
An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to
arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID. This is NOT optional
and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City
Minimum age of primary tenant is 25 years of age, no exceptions. This condo is
NOT college student spring break friendly, sorry contact inertia tours if
college students they have some
In March AND during Easter this property HOA association charges a $29.25 per
person security wristband fee which we pre collect for your convenience prior
to your arrival.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this, except only those 13 to 33 years old must pay
and wear. Dunno how they came up with that age range, sorry! Just be aware of
this additional fee!
