Bear Island is an absolutely stunning home with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a 180-degree view of the San Juan Mountain Range and Village Lake. Relax in the private hot tub right in your own back yard. A perfect combination of style, location and amenities, you will enjoy the cozy warmth of the gas fireplace, luxurious primary bathroom suite, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, standing paddle boards, and so much more. Whether preparing for a day of adventure by sipping hot coffee on the lakefront deck or unwinding in front of the roaring fireplace after your adventures, Bear Island is the ultimate vacation home. Its vibrancy and location make it perfect for any time of the year.

HOUSE LAYOUT
The front entry leads to an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, and breakfast table. The design is a vibrant blend of color, comfort, and sleek mountain modern. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning view of Village Lake and the San Juan Mountains, which is only accentuated by the warmth of the timber ceiling planks and grand fireplace. The living room offers ample plush seating, a smart TV, and a gas fireplace. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you could desire, including a coffee/cocktail bar area leading to the spacious dining room with seating for 8. Just beyond the living room are two bedrooms with very cozy Queen beds. Upstairs you will find the huge primary bedroom and luxurious en suite bath with a free standing soaking tub, large shower, and beautiful modern tile work. To the left of the front door is the laundry room with a washer and dryer and sink for convenience. The outside deck offers seating, a grill, spectacular views, and lakefront access and a wonderful hot tub with amazing lake and mountain views.

- Dogs allowed with payment of the nightly pet fee of $35/per night for the first pet and $15 per night for the 2nd pet, and signed pet agreement. (2 Dog Max. Must get approval for other types of pets)
- Must be 25 years old to reserve home
- No parties or additional people staying in the home other than what is paid for. These are cause for eviction with no refund.
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age
- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home
- Ask about extended stay rates
