Walk into the main suite and you'll find an open kitchen, dining area and living room - all tastefully decorated. The open kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless appliances plus a kitchen island with seating for four. The high-top dining table provides additional seating for six. The living room features a smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi, charming gas fireplace, sofa bed and queen bed - perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The main suite bathroom features a fully renovated bathroom with amazing shower. The master bedroom off the main suite features a comfy king bed, ensuite bathroom with combo tub/shower, washer/dryer, and smart TV with streaming services. Out the sliding door in the living room is your own private patio.

• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (Memorial Day to mid-September) from 8 AM to 8 PM.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• Important Water Information: The building's regulated well-water system is regularly tested. Under the current posted notice, bottled water must be used for drinking, cooking, and all other consumption-related purposes; complimentary bottled water is provided in every unit. Tap water may be used for showering, washing, and other non-consumption uses. The notice relates to naturally occurring radium and manganese levels, which are monitored and may change over time.
