Under the soaring arched ceiling, plush seating invites relaxation, while the fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with a gas stove and high-end appliances makes cooking and entertaining a joy. Open the wide doors to the balcony to feel the gentle trade winds and take in the moonlit views of Oyster Pond Bay.



Designed with privacy and comfort in mind, the villa's American-style layout separates guest suites across two levels. Each suite features an en suite bathroom, refined furnishings, and ocean-facing balconies or patios. The Chairman's Suite and Summer Wind Suite embody understated luxury with sweeping views, while the Nauti Suite offers a tranquil retreat for quiet moments. For a touch of retro glamour, the Rat Pack Suite charms with its private patio, playful swing seating, and a romantic outdoor bathtub, the perfect spot to soak under the stars with a glass of champagne.



Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a carefree stay. Guests will find beach chairs, coolers, towels, and beach toys ready for use, making seaside excursions effortless. Venture out to explore St. Martin's beautiful beaches like Le Galion, Baie Orientale, and Anse Marcel. For dining, shopping, and local culture, the culinary capital of Grand Case, the vibrant nightlife of Philipsburg, and the markets of Hope Estate are all just a short drive away.

Arrival Transfer (One Vehicle): Airport directly to the villa (up to 10 guests).

Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).

Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person

* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!

The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.

* No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.

* For all Holiday requests, please contact our team. Many properties will accept a minimum of 7-nights but we prefer 12 nights if the dates overlap Christmas or New Year's week.

POOL TEMPERATURE

Private Outdoor Heated Pool (only between Dec 17-Apr 14)



Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature.

As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature,

which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain.

Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.

If guests have a specific temperature they would like the pool set to, please inform

our concierge team prior to arrival, as the pool temperature must be adjusted by our

maintenance team.

Guests are not permitted to change the pool temperature themselves.
