Beautiful unit. Parking was a bit tight at times, but otherwise, a perfect location. Close to everything and great amenities.

Great unit within walking distance of popular dinning and retail locations.Welcome Book in unit provides recommendations and numbers for dinning, outdoor activities and water sports. We rented kayaks for the week and took daily trips in the morning and evening around the mangroves, and we kayaked to the Square Grooper for brunch one morning.Unit was clean and grounds were well kept.Would highly recommend the Little Basin Villas.

Just as advertised!

Villa #3 was just as advertised...if not larger, nicer, and cleaner than the photos would suggest! My family of four (husband/wife, two young adults) loved the place with all getting their own room and bathroom. The location in Islamorada is a great location with easy access to Key Largo and Marathon. If you are comfortable in a kayak, I'd suggesting using the provided two person one and take an easy paddle around down the canal and around the mangrove island. Takes about 30-40 minutes. We saw manatees, fish, ray, small grey shark and small nurse shark. Plus other small fish and birds. Checkin-checkout super easy and managers very easy to communicate with.

Extremely pleased with the house. Very quiet and clean. Nicely maintained and the pool area was very nice! Close to a lot of fun things!
