Great Place!

This house was great! It was super clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the kids to play, and we all loved the movie room. We would definitely book it again!

Cozy with a hint of luxury

The house was beautiful, and spotless! We went as a family get together with several infants so cleanliness was important, and it was very clean! The house was very cozy and luxurious! The theater room was amazing to spend the night in with the kids watching a movie, and karaoke was just the cherry on top. A helpful tip, if you’re in a big group, space your showers/baths out so you have enough hot water, this was a small issue for us. But overall I couldn’t recommend this house enough!!!

Perfectly appointed Vacation home

We traveled as two families with 4 kids, ages 9-13. This home was very well appointed, the owners thought of every detail from a guest’s perspective. The game room kept the kids busy all weekend and the cinema room was enjoyed by all. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with paper products and everything needed for cooking including spices and oils. The coffee bar was a nice touch. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The back yard is fenced in which was perfect for our dogs. The arrowhead community was quiet and perfect for long walks with our family. Overall, a great stay, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay with family and pets.

The host was incredibly responsive to all my inquiries and was efficient in providing us with last minute check in procedure. With all my experiences with VRBO homes, soap, shampoo, paper towels, and dishwasher pods are always provided, we had none of the above, and had check out instructions to leave the dishwasher running. I had to buy my own pods and left them at the house. An observation there is no access to the hot tube/ yard unless you go downstairs to the rec. room which defeats the purpose to a hot tube in the dead of winter to get back to the master bedroom upstairs. I recommend they build a deck off their amazing entertainment movie room, and this house would be epic 12 months out of the year. Thank you for sharing your home and much success with the rental.

Great stay

My friends and I visit the Pocono area every year as a group. This is our time to reconnect and disengage from the norm back home. This year marked 9 years and we were able to add this property to memories. Great house nice and cozy. There were some cobwebs and dusty ceiling fans nothing major though. I understand there were rules that visitors were to take all their belonged from the fridge. We found a case of sodas in a fridge that were close to exploding from being frozen. Over all this house was perfect. My only wish that there was salt to place on the stairs as it did snow and also ice over. I recommend this house for other families and groups of friends!

This was a great house for 3 families with young children to enjoy during a long summer weekend! Very nice amenities in the home and it was well cleaned. We enjoyed using the amenity pass for the beaches and pools within the community during our stay. The hot tub, movie theatre, game room, and fire pit were also a hit. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy Pocono Lake. One thing to note - Evolve’s trip hub did not contain updated information regarding the check in process. Currently, you do NOT need to go to a separate location to check in, but instead reach out to the guest contact at least 3 days in advance to secure a gate pass QR code. This was not communicated by Evolve and I only found out due to initiating an email regarding check in.

Festive and fun family accommodations in the Poconos

It was easy to see from the moment that we arrived that this house is lovingly decorated and cared for. For our stay during the winter school break, we were pleased to see the house decorated with lots of Christmas decorations, and there were lots of little touches, like fuzzy blankets in all of the sitting areas. We enjoyed our stay and other than a few small details, we were satisfied with the accommodations!The good:- Well-appointed kitchen with lots of cookware and utensils.- Well-stocked bathrooms with plenty of towels and extra amenities.- Clean rooms with fresh linens and firm mattresses on the beds.- Lots of fun activities, including pool table, karaoke sound system, and hot tub and fire pit.The bad:- Thermostats would not stay in heating mode - we had to reactivate them throughout the day and also at night while we were occupying the house.- Hot tub was not serviced prior to arrival. Chlorine levels were depleted on the evening of our arrival.- We were charged more for amenity fees than the amounts that were included on the listing.It's a very nice house, but it seems like the property management team might have been overwhelmed during the holidays.
