What a beautiful spot and a lovely cottage! Has everything you would need! Cozy yet spacious, and all the comforts of home. The weather wasn’t that great while we were there but it was still a relaxing break. Having wifi and steaming networks (Netflix etc) is a great bonus on a rainy day. There’s also a huge selection of great movies! We watched some that we hadn’t seen in years. We highly recommend Windy Dreams!

I wanted to spend a week facing the ocean and to smell the sea air, this cottage met my expectations. The loft living area is cozy, yet we spent most of our time on the main level. There is comfortable seating outside and Windy Dreams is a fitting name for this nice cottage.

I know wifi is common at most rentals however, It is mentioned multiple times in our listing that there is no wifi at Windy Dreams and that the TV is equipped with DVDs for adults and children. My friend and I stayed here at the end of June and it was exactly what we were hoping for! It was such a cute little cottage with a beautiful view, and so peaceful! If you are looking for a quiet spot to stay, with a view that pairs so well with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine out on the deck, this is perfect! It isn't too far from town either which was great for running in and grabbing breakfast. Hosts are wonderful, responsive, and accommodating. We went when the tide was low so the beach area wasn't useable for actual laying/sitting on it (lots of sea grass and no sand visible), but it was still good for if you wanted to kayak. At dusk/night there are lots of mosquitos outside so bring layers (hosts have some bug spray which was wonderful). I would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible time at windy dreams cottage. Everything you could possibly need was available. We loved the privacy and the cozy nature of the space. The space was clean and communication with the property manager was prompt and accomodating.

This sweet cottage is ideal as long as you don’t have any mobility issues. There is no railing to the front door and the living room is up a narrow set of stairs. If there were some comfortable chairs or at least another chair other than kitchen chairs on the main level it would certainly make the experience much more enjoyable. This was the most well stocked and cleanest rental we have ever had. April was extremely easy to reach and so very pleasant to deal with. The view from the front deck was fantastic. If you are seeking peace and quiet along with an amazing view and convenience this is the place. There are lots of games available in case of bad weather and plenty of dvds. For me it was a piece of heaven, unfortunately for my husband it was not. The fact that we could take our pup was a bonus - he constantly went from the front door to the back door to keep an eye on all the birds; we even saw some pheasants.

Best House Rental Ever

This amazing property defied all of our expectations! The location was magical--private in a meadow of wildflowers, yet only 10 minutes from town, the beach, and great dining. The house was clean and so comfortable for our week-long stay. The added games, DVDs and water sports equipment was perfect. Even the mosquitos accommodated and weren't very bothersome. Erika was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We're already talking about coming next summer for two weeks at Windy Dreas! . Wverydininhftom from toe

Absolutely gorgeous cottage. Cleanliness is very important for us, and it was spotless! Very well equipped throughout. BBQ came in handy on 2 nights where we didn't feel like doing restaurants. Gorgeous view! Host was quick in responding to any questions.We would definitely go back!
