Scenic Solitude is the ultimate Taupō escape — a tranquil haven with a spa pool and sweeping rural-to-lake views, perfect for soaking in idyllic sunsets and peaceful surrounds.



Located just a ten-minute drive from Taupō’s town centre, you’re truly removed from the hustle and bustle in a home with stunning views where you feel like nothing else matters.



This modern home will have you in holiday mode from the moment you arrive. A well-equipped kitchen sits at the heart of the home, complemented by two living areas including a media room with overhead projector. With a dining room, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, up to ten guests can comfortably settle in and unwind.



Choose the front patio for your evening meal and enjoy panoramic lake and mountain views, or retreat to the rear sheltered courtyard. As the sun sets, slip into the spa pool and take in the breathtaking views over the peaceful rural setting out to the lake.



Although located semi-rurally, this home sits within a quiet neighbourhood and is not suitable for loud groups, parties, or events.



Room Configuration:



Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed + ensuite



Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed



Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds (can be made into a Super King on request)



Bedroom 4: 1 x Queen Bed



Family Room: 1 x Fold-out Sofa Bed (recommended for children only)



If you require the single beds to be made as a Super King bed or use of the sofa bed, please let us know 7 days prior to yoru arrival.



House Rules and Information:



Parking: off street parking space available for 5 vehicles



Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.



This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
