Home away from home

I booked this condo for my family of 7. We had a wonderful time! Leslie was so helpful and easy to reach for any questions we had. The condo has a great view of the ocean and pool and is located close to the elevators for convenience. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach chairs and toys were a nice touch and we loved sitting around the large table at night playing games and eating delicious local seafood. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in Orange Beach!

Family beach vacation

Amazing experience!! We had a beautiful beach condo with a magnificent view of the Gulf. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Plenty of fresh towels and the beds were clean, too. The kitchen was clean and well organized with everything we needed to prepare meals. We loved the things supplied thay are usually not in a rental such as: spices, coffee tray, foil, plastic wrap, baggies, plastic kids wear, shampoos, lotions, sunscreen, snacks, cold bottles waters, brochures, cleaning products for us to use, and even come cute Orange Beach souvenirs!! The Gulf waters are steps from the condo. It has a very nice pool area with plenty of seating.We were so impressed with our hostess, Leslie. We certainly got the VIP treatment. We have vacationed in OB for many years, and this was our best trip ever!!

Great stay!

Perfect area for our vacation. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a nice family vacation. The view is directly Gulf front and steps away from the building. Nice outdoor pools and hot tubs made it fun on cooler days. Our host, Leslie, was always available and the most accommodating host we have ever had. The snacks and coffee were a nice surprise! We will come back to this same condo next time we visit Orange Beach.

Excellent Family Getaway

This was a perfect condo for our extended family to enjoy a little family vacation just before Thanksgiving. The condo is cozy, affordable, tastefully decorated, and in a perfect location. It could use a couple of updates, but it’s easily overlooked for the price. Lots of fond memories were made, and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Great location!

The location was great, easy beach access was important to us! The pools and pool-side were clean! The complex was clean and efficient. The kitchen had all the basic needs. There were plenty towels and bedding. All very convenient and thought out for guests! Only one minor thing set back my rating to 4, rather than 5.The master bathroom toilet ran and could only be flushed through the tank.The master sheets did not smell fresh, I washed them while at the beach our first full day. I believe cleaning of the unit is outsourced so I don’t fault owner/host. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great beach access and beautiful view.

Loved this property for the ease of access to the beach. The condo had an open design and plenty of space. If you are looking for white sand beaches, an outdoor and indoor pool and a balcony with an incredible view you have found your spot.

Overall it wasn’t bad. For the money though the mattresses in condo need replacing. You can’t get out of bed or move without them making noises and uncomfortable. Towels were in dryer instead of folded and put up upon arrival. I know that’s minor but again for the money you expect better

Springbreak sunshine

After a long winter of cold and grey this condo was a welcome retreat. The condo was clean and equipped with what we needed for a few days away. I appreciated that there beach chairs available in the room to use on the beach. The beds were comfortable with a variety of pillows. Linens were soft. As with many rentals you may need to add additional paper products and laundry supplies. Had a small issue and host was quick to respond. Look forward to a trip in the future.

Good location/could use some updating

The location was good, but it could use some updating in the bathrooms and kitchen. Rust on fridge and stove. Lock broken on front door and no lock on balcony door. Broken hair dryers and the vacuum did not work. Overall paint and bathrooms need to be repainted. Cleaning staff needs to do a better job as far as cleaning floors and front door where water heater is there is dust caked on the slats. Under the furniture looks like it’s not been cleaned for several months. and accommodated our family and we had a good vacation, but overall, Phoenix did have some problems.

Would book again!

This was the perfect setup for 3 families with 4 little ones! The condo was in a great location, safe, clean, and a great facility. The check-in process was super easy. Everything was as pictured or as said in the description. Communication with the host was very easy and helpful as we were concerned about weather. Easy access to the beach and great indoor and outdoor pools. We would definitely book here again!

Love the place

My family and I loved this rental condo. It was a piece of paradise. Everything was clean and in good shape. Plenty of clean towels and hospitality items. Close to many shops and only steps to the beach. Leslie was helpful throughout our stay. She made sure we were having a good time and what we needed for the rental. We all wanted to stay longer!

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was beautiful and having coffee every morning overlooking the beach was fabulous! The front desk was NOT helpful, so I was not impressed with that at all. I've stay with Vrbo many times but if Evolve is involved with the stay, I will not be doing it again.

We had a great time in Orange Beach at the Phoenix VI. The condo was spacious and inviting. All areas were very clean and well kept. The mattresses were soft and slept well. Plenty of towels for our use. Leslie was the best! She was very informative of the OB area with quick replies. The best part: the view from the front rooms! Spectacular!!
