A feeling of being at home permeates each of the three bedrooms. The private balcony with beach views is especially good at inducing warm, fuzzy feelings. Additionally, the location is right across from the beach access and within walking distance to Alvin’s Island beach store, Whale’s Tail beachfront grille and The Surf Hut restaurant. Plus, a shopping center with grocery stores, multiple eateries, golf courses and Silver Sands Premium Outlets are within a two-mile radius.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area.
Bringing more than one vehicle, trailer or RV - Geronimo RV provides discounted overflow parking for Alerio guests.
