We enjoyed this condo very much. It has many options for meals within walking distance and beach and many places for beach walks. The view from the condo is beautiful of Siletz Bay. Lots of fun things to do. We will be back.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! Although a few things could use some cosmetic updating, the space was very clean and exactly what was claimed. Having a washer and dryer in unit was so helpful, and an additional sink outside the bathroom came in very handy! If you want to cook a meal, the kitchen has everything you could need, and plenty of it.There's an elevator, which is great, since this condo is on the 4th floor.The view of the bay/river is spectacular! We went out several times at low tide to walk on the beach, which was so nice! My granddaughter, who is 12, enjoyed that so much! The towels were clean and plentiful. The 'starter pack' of amenities was a nice touch! The condo is on a corner that has a stoplight, so getting out onto 101 was stress free. May seem minor, but to me, it made a huge difference. Now for the (not very) bad:The road noise in the bedroom was a bit much, but we closed the window at night and it was fine. Bathroom door could use some WD-40.

Truly wonderful!

Reallllly love this place! The view here is just amazing and even though there isn’t air conditioning, having the slider and the ceiling fans on, helped a lot. The bedroom is huge and the overall layout of the living room was very nice! My husband & I really want to come back for a longer stay. Lincoln City has become our “go to” for the coast! 😍😁

Our stay at the condos

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice to have for the 4th but way over priced and 4 night minimum was too much as well and no amenities. We won’t be doing it again

Noise disaster

Condo itself clean and beautiful.Saturday 7:30am were awoken to loud pounding on all roofs.It lasted till 7:30 pm that night. No quiet time very dissappointed.Our anniversary ruined.No privacy we are in top floor and contractors dropping shingles with nails all over.Could not enjoy Balcony even though weather was beautiful. They should of told us.

Reviewer Comments: The tv was broken and they said they would fix it but never did, the bed was dirty and had food or something on it, they sent a new comforter out so at least they tried to remedy that situation. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired and they didn’t respond to anything after the first day because why would they when they already got paid

Waters Edge 404

Over all it was good but we had to wait nearly an hour late to check in because our room wasn’t clean yet. There is a lot of traffic noise which is to be expected considering it’s location. We couldn’t connect to the internet with the password they gave us so called the office and someone came within a couple of hours to fix it.

Few Things to Know but Overall A Great Spot!

Pros: This is right on the bay, so you can't exactly hear ocean sounds roaring but you've got a great view and direct access to the water. A short walk will take you right to the ocean. The bed was large and comfortable. The living area and kitchen were also large and easy to move about it. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. Loved the fireplace! There was a standing fan in the bedroom which was really appreciated. Plenty of towels and having a washer/dryer was great. Cons: The living room furniture was not comfortable (pull out couch and matching chair). The outlets are decently sparse and the one by the TV was a bit touchy so we couldn't always get it to work. You are right by the road in and out of town so it can be noisy, especially in the bedroom. Lastly, and this is something that I think can be fixed, is that the fridge was leaking on the inside really badly. We had to store our grocery items on the top shelves because there was water all over the lower shelf and the crisper bins. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. That may look like a long cons list, but overall we really had a great time and would visit again! None of these issues were deal breakers for us, just something to note.

The shower/tub plumbing needs to be repaired. The water comes out the shower head and faucet at the same time, and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. The faucet plumbing cover is also missing. The deck could use new chairs and a small table. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

It was very clean, (but had to read the notebook to work the cable tv’s 3 remotes. Ha). I definitely would recommend this place.
