PROPERTY DETAILS This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment is set directly across the road from the Maroochy River. This is a modern and newly furnished property, with multiple living and relaxation spaces. It is peaceful and perfect for your holiday, or visit.
We have three bedrooms: - Bedroom 1 - King Bed - Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed - Bedroom 3 - 2 × Long Single Beds
The apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower and vanity, the ensuite has it's own toilet and there is a separate toilet in the hallway by the main bathroom.
AIRCONDITIONING The property is fully air conditioned throughout. Each bedroom has separate units controlled by the remotes on the wall and there is also a unit in the main living area.
KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen has fridge, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, trays and other cooking items. There is both an indoor and outdoor dining table, both with seating for six, or, you can enjoy your meal from the high table on the patio whilst overlooking the river.
LIVING ROOM The living room has lounge seating for 4 people with 2 additional chairs as well as the chairs from the indoor dining table. We have a 65 inch smart TV so that you can enjoy all of your favourite apps. The apartment has high speed NBN unlimited internet and there is also a dedicated work space in case you need to catch up on any important work during your stay.
LAUNDRY We have a washing machine and dryer available for your use. There is a clothes line in the side courtyard.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body and hair wash and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissues or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is from a Premium Linen Service.
The property has multiple other areas for your use: 1. Public BBQ area across the road in the park, this is cleaned by the council every day 2. Communal pool 3. Being in the heart of Maroochydore definitely has its benefits. We are a peaceful 15 minute stroll away from Ocean St with all of your favourite bars and restaurants. Nearby Cotton Tree is only 5 minutes away and is renowned for its fantastic location, beach, river, cafes, restaurants, Sunday Market and the coasts largest shopping centre (Sunshine Plaza) nearby. We are also only 5 minutes from a variety of cafes and casual dining options.
This is a high quality, luxury apartment for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
We have secure underground parking for two vehicles (one in front of the other, 2.1M clearance) and free street parking for any additional vehicles. Please be advised the street parking can get quite busy.

Beautiful home within a culdesac and a picnic area
Easy to find this wonderful complex with ease of parking and access for disabled. The home was presented so beautifully and was very accessible for disabled, main bedroom shower and toilet was perfect!We were able to easily access the keys from the lock box. But had difficulty assessing the fob for the car park as it was actually inside the apartment in a fruit bowl, not in the lock box as per instructions. This caused a little stress as we arrived, got our keys and then tried to park the cars downstairs to unload. But no fob could be found. The neighbours were so helpful as well and I really appreciated their assistance in the rain.We also would like to let you know the shower head is broken in the main bathroom. You have to hold it when water is turned on, so needs a little adjustment.We highly recommend this home and would recommend it for families. It is so well set up with bedroom and bathrooms towards the rear and all living space at the front. The kitchen was generous and well equipped. There were also two car parking spaces in the secured car park right next to the lift.We will definitely be returning to enjoy this space and hope to be able to see the next time. The rain was enjoyable but weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space and views.(I have emailed the letting co. to inform them of the key/shower problems with no response)
