Downstairs, two charming bedrooms await, each furnished with snug double beds to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of island adventures. Ascend the stairs to discover an enclosed bedroom adorned with a lavish king-size bed, offering privacy and tranquility. Adjacent, a loft bedroom awaits, also boasting a sumptuous king-size bed for ultimate relaxation.

Every detail of this home exudes elegance and convenience. Immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of all full bathrooms, each equipped with either a rejuvenating shower/tub combo. The cool, sleek tile flooring adds a touch of sophistication to the interior spaces.

Indulge your culinary desires in the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks. After dining, unwind in the inviting living area, complete with cable television and a DVD player for entertainment. Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

Great place for families with kids! The shared pool is lovely and the walk to the beach is quick and easy. We especially enjoyed the wraparound lanai with a view of the pool, and the beach chairs included with the house. We really appreciated the updated interior, although there were some issues with wiring as there were several power outlets that did not work or were loose. If you are looking for a quiet/peaceful stay this would probably not be my first choice (lots of kids around being noisy and having a great time!), but it was just what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay! Thanks so much for hosting us!

The wrap around porch was delightful. The pool was the main entertainment for the kids. The beach was beautiful and peaceful, uncrowded, and fun for the sand. Unfortunately we hit it at a time the bugs invaded and the pool was a safe retreat for the kids!

Area and property were as detailed and had no issues. Beach is a short stroll and was pleasant. Only issue were the no see ems, those little guys were brutal. Would stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful family stay! Loved the location that was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful, and the facility was as described. We appreciated the beach towels for each person, and all the chairs and beach toys. The only negative were the no-see-um bugs, and the slow to no cell service and internet. We realize there are some things the host cannot control. Inspite of that we still had a great stay and would recommend Signal Inn facilities. The kids are ready to come back.
