Leslie, thanks for the review. We are glad you enjoyed the property! We would like to address your comment about us being "near impossible" to get in touch with the rental manager. You e-mailed our office at 9:20 pm requesting a late departure the following morning. We don't have staff reading e-mails after hours. Our office hours are clearly posted in each rental unit, right next to our phone number, which is also in your confirmation, contract, digital welcome book, arrival e-mail, our website and on the pink stand asking you to "call" if you need anything. We absolutely could not be easier to get a hold of. I checked our call logs and our after-hours call logs and there were no phone calls from you during your stay. Had you called at 9:20 pm, you would have spoken with our after-hours person and they could have contacted the housekeeper to see if a late departure was possible.
