There are Three TVs one 75" Smart TV with Netflix ,Amazon and Apple TV in the theater Room . another 65" Smart TV in the upstairs rumpus room and one 50" Tv in the living area with just the basic live TV

The swimming Pool is not heated , but the out door spa is heated and on all year round

The rear of the property is only 50 metres from The Wentworth falls Golf Course Hole number 15 or a 4 min Drive to the Club house
Other things to note
The tariff is based on 6 Guests, so if you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum guests 12.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

PARKING
There is no parking in the garage due to the Pool table and table tennis, there is room in front of the garage and also at the top of the block. There is not really any street parking. we have room for 4 cars in total at the property

Respect for our neighbours is paramount so we ask that noise be kept to a respectful level while in residence. In addition, please enter and leave the property quietly.
