Situated on the first floor, this apartment comes fully equipped to ensure your stay is exceptionally comfortable. It features a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom. The spacious living area includes a large and cozy sofa that can be converted into a double bed, and there's also a second complete bathroom, accommodating up to four people with ease. Additionally, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room, a dining area, and a petite balcony with Acapulco chairs, perfect for those who enjoy a breath of fresh air or need a designated smoking area. Roma is a dynamic and diverse neighborhood that enchants its visitors with a bohemian ambiance. Renowned for its tree-lined avenues and delightful architecture, Roma beckons artists, intellectuals, and young professionals alike. Within this district, you'll discover a multitude of cafes, restaurants, and bars serving an array of international cuisines. Cultural enthusiasts will appreciate the presence of art galleries, theaters, and cinemas. Additionally, green spaces, such as the iconic Parque México, offer tranquil settings for leisurely strolls. Roma's distinctive blend of history, creativity, and modernity has solidified its status as a cherished and vibrant destination within Mexico City.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Mexico City International Airport (MEX), about 11 km or 6.8 miles away. There is parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. As a means of transport nearby, you’ll have the metro, Metrobus, bicycles, scooters and Uber.
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

Other Things to Note:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with valid permit. An additional charge of $20 USD will be charged for service animals to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of one pet per property is allowed.

Daily house cleaning is not available; however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays longer than 2 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is mandatory, and the guest must cover the cost.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Only 1 service animal is allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
Security guards will ask for ID upon arrival in the lobby and will grant access to the tower. This is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
